- I finally met my idol @officialmichaeljai. He shared with me some great advice and tips to help me on my journey, as Action Star. One of the best days of my life!
ABOUT Diezie Sahn:
Born and raised in West Africa Liberia, Diezie Sahn is a Professional actor, Action Star, Vocalist. His discipline in various forms of martial arts extends his artistic vision as a Stunt Coordinator and a Fight choreographer. In Atlanta, Ga, Diezie has acted and performed stunts in several films. He is best known for his television and film work in the Action, Psychological horror, and Mystical genres, despite battling a speech impediment, and has received the CMF and TERMINUS “BEST ACTOR” Awards. His recent leading role in the P.S.A, “Corona man,” went viral and has been the talk of America. Before breaking into the film industry, Diezie lived in an Ivory Coast refugee camp during the Liberian Civil War. He refuses to allow anything to stop him from achieving his goal of empowering others through film.

His highest rank is actually 3rd Dan (Kyokushin), 4th Dan is to be considered a Master in most disciplines. Definitely not a grandmaster but a very talented Martial Artist
@@johnmatonne7834 it’s irrelevant. You have to back up your claims especially when someone calls you out, or the claims aren’t going to be taken seriously. Bruce rarely backed down from a fight because he liked fighting and had a bad temper so it’s kinda ironic the situation MJW put himself in. I def think he is skilled and obviously he is fit and big guy. No doubt in my mind he’d kick the crap out of 90 something percent of ppl

I met Michael Jai White in downtown Detroit about 7 years ago. He's a very nice guy! We talked about some of his movies and took a picture together. Real good guy.
I am really touched by Sensei MJW. A good hearted person and a very good artist.. I have trained in Korea when in military back in 1978 an then travel thru Karate Okinawa then thru Tang Soo Do. I have been around an can admire a great asset to the arts as MJW has done and shows. God Bless

Sensei MJW is on point! My Shihan taught us early on in our Kyokushin training, the importance of two things to maximize your striking power: Opening the hips and Breathing/Exhaling out strong. When you fail to breath properly, you cut your reflex, blocking and striking power in half; anecdotally speaking.

A lot of people don't KNOW. Mike was fighting in the hood, the street, competitions all kinds of stuff. He might not "be in the ring now" but everything he's saying is making so much sense.

@@Spirosbotos This might help: ruclips.net/video/H915ZPCa06A/видео.html. Most of us near the 50 mark or older are all too old for MMA. I didn't even know it existed until I was nearly 35, the hype hadn't really hit Australia until then. Prior to MMA there wasn't really any money in martial arts unless you owned a school or did movie type stuff. Only us 'crazy' types were into it. In western countries the only real option was Kick Boxing that I know of (not considering boxing here, not sure about american wrestling for the US). Michael is OLD, and still in amazing condition, but he did compete. I'm sure if he were born within the age bracket he would have had his shot. But consider for a moment does having an MMA record actually matter? Maybe to those living existentially through a TV screen. If people are secretly trying to bolster their own toughness by talking down other martials or people I would suggest they take this into account: not 'I'm a bit tougher because I reckon MMA is better than blah', but rather 'is this guy tougher than me and can he kick the living crap out of me?' Outside of the ring the primary purpose of any combat system is to improve survivabilty in a hostile scenario. It doesn't matter what you train or learn, if it works on the day and you get to go home to your family relatively unscathed I'd say the system worked, job done :) It's uterly pointless comparing systems because the rules dictate largely what will work better for a given scenario and outside the ring there are monsters out there with 0 training who can smash even the toughest of sports martial artists (and everybody else) because they are just monsters. Food for thought.

Early on, I adopted the habit of commenting on most content I'd watch on RUclips, especially if it's martial arts related, as a tactic for bringing exposure to my channel.... that way if people saw my name they might click to check out if my profile had content, nd if they liked they'd start following. Nowadays it's just second nature, also as a RUclipsr, I know that it makes a difference for the channel if people comment and it's an easy way of helping out, wether someone returns the favour or not.
