Michael Jai White has much patience with the beginner student of martial arts the guy with the white sweats and kung fu wrist bands and all sorts of contraptions on his body. It's very obvious the student's power is coming from the limbs alone not from the feet/core/shifting weight/striking thru the target all in one motion. Student is very stiff as well he needs to relax.
