- I met up with my friends Michael Jai White (Spawn, Black Dynamite, The Dark Knight) and Omar Sy (Lupin) at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.
What a great experience to be able to learn some stuff from these great guys and also teach them some things as well. Looking forward to training with them again really soon!

He could but like everyone else when you actually fight 100% you have to start at the amateurs and gain experience. The reason Wonderboy was so good when he got to UFC is because he had like 94 full contact fights prior and worked out the techniques, footwork, getting used to being punched, gas tank and general ring craft. It doesn't just come to people like magic from doing techniques.

@@Flo-tha_A- but you don't hit hard this way. Never seen a boxer or mma fighter's doing it this way.
@@RacingRoman44 That's kinda the point though, and the point of the lesson, MJW starts with "This is how a boxer does it", then demonstrates how easily it can be dodged. What hits harder? The punch with all your weight and strength behind it, that is telegraphed and dodged? Or the not so hard, but not telegraphed and connected punch? This is why Bruce Lee often fought southpaw, because he figured the punch most likely to hit is your jab, so he fought left handed so the jab with his right hand would be stronger.
