to be honest the crack on the exhaust side was only internal and you wouldnt loose any boost there ... the pcv looked like new which you can also see on the new clamps and it didnt seem to me blocked at all ... i did like the dent removal
I’m on my 3rd Volvo I just got on Thursday. It’s my 2nd Volvo 850 and it’s a 1997 GLT light turbo wagon. These cars are pretty easy to work on and even finding parts except the plastic for the dashboard lol
As ever, brilliant for showing us what is possible. However, in the real world, finding a garage that can spend time and effort diagnosing and fixing problems is all too expensive for most. Common sense is replaced by the need of the garage to make money - relying on the ignorance of the customer.

Out of curiosity, why would you use the original clamp for the turbo? Generally, you'd replace an old clamp on a hose
I am sending my T-5R and 90USD for rebuilding the turbo housing. 🙂
