We have yet another email source coming through guys from M our new contact from a previous atos employee who wan'ts to spill the beans on all that happens.

The tories want to pick on the psyically and mentally unstable people even though the NHS for mental health and from my experience how bad the mental health team here in kent is, these so called therapy appointments wont do anything

The thing is the government if they do this will be shooting themselves in the feet. When people with mental health conditions are then stressed out more and have breakdowns and then become unstable due to unfair and non existent treatment then those same formerly stable people will start snapping and will lash out at the people who pushed them that far. So politicians will have a lot more hate mail and calls at a minimum and at a maximum be put 6 ft under by the people who abused and messed them around. If government pokes a sleeping bear then the bear will lash out. Even the police are trained in de escalation for people with mental health (though police usually make things worse). If myself and other workers of benefits and health care are coming forwards to help people and basically whistle blow then even we can see this coming. Well at least the nice people that work in these job roles will keep coming forward anyway. I will be the first in line to nominate rishi for a darwin award

Oh my lord!!! I’ve just got off the phone with my assessor and she was COLD 🥶. Like no heart cold. Because my medical and mental health problems are so complicated and extensive they become very convoluted. So they way things affect me merge in between conditions. Wow, I was having a panic attack on the phone trying to explain a question and she said to. “STOP, just answer the question I asked, you don’t need to answer to the nth degree, don’t need to go to the end of the world”! See some of my be problems affect another condition which then affects another condition. She was asking me the same question over and over just In different wording. I couldn’t believe she asked me if I needed support in school. I’m 42! I had cancer when I 4 which lasted years then continued to cause problems since. She asked about house work. Which I said I struggled doing and if someone didn’t help. I can’t do it. She asked me, what I thought was an odd question at the time, how do I feel once I’m washed! I said “erm clean”!! She was not happy. She said no, do you get tired etc. I actually had a panic attack during it. Now I’m paraphrasing, but she basically told me to get myself together cos she only had a small time limit for the assessment. She is apparently a PALLIATIVE CARE NURSE. First time I’ve had a nurse. But to be honest, it made her more heartless. Because she has probably seen a lot so things to her must seem nothing. I’m totally traumatised.
I feel for you having been through this.
They are the biggest scum on earth. How do they sleep at night? Who knows, they have some sociopath mindset. A decent, normal human being with heart wouldn't take a job like this if you are too nice; they would kick you out of your role if you lack of any emotion, empathy, and heartless scumbag your hired for the role they know what they are looking for.

This is what I objected to. They don't care what so ever and I reported them when they did cold hearted things to me when I worked for Atos. Record calls in future and advise them your recording it so you can go over what uve said incase u forget something and u want to add more to it and that's allowed and even recommended for people with mental health issues.

I would love to see these PIP assessors and politicians spend a day in the life of us disabled people before passing judgements and making often monetary life changing decisions.

The reason these firms need to get agency staff is because they have such a poor reputation.
Exactly. When I worked there I worked with some very decent people and they were got rid of for very bad reasons. If they were directly hired they would be able to have grounds to properly appeal abuses. They just pray on people that need the work and be able feed their families. They have continuous training groups every 3 to 6 months if they have enough new workers and do a clear out of staff members they don't like. Just use and abuse.

Yes they are the one's that remove the lifeline from the disabled for a tax payer bonus from the tax laundry that it's been made.
Atos all these private 3pp companies cannot be held accountable mostly sourced unqualified subcontractors staff/advisors. Like in my work programmes. What the chances you have seek legal action or any code of conduct next to nothing sick.😢

My Doctor made me stop working.
The worst day of my life...

Any & all health assessments should be handed back to your g.p for continuity
The Nhs & gps should be held accountable for the processing of patients confidential medical notes
Agencies & agents are 3rd parties & have no eductional foundations for teaching human biology or medical training
Back in the day people would go for a medical Not a work capability assessment ... Questionaires are fiction & unscientific
Sadly there are issues with GP and Hospitals too in this process along with not giving correct medical treatments or writing legit notes in patients records. If you have someone with a bit of medical knowledge go over your notes I guarantee you that there will be issues and then PIP assessors will read the either lies or not read anything as things you said wasn't noted and that will sabotage your PIP claim. GPs can not see all the notes that hospital note down and only see letters hospital send your GP for updates you need double check your notes with Ministries department of each hospital.
There are far too many agency carers where I live, the vast majority of whom don't have a clue what they're doing and are far more expensive than permanent staff!

You are spot on my friend Rich the state of this country no one cares everything is target madness from health assessment pip assessment NHS appointments to work schemes....
My private third party work staff was only after her "KPI bonus" did not care about my mental health state didn't have the upmost care to even ask my postcode? just said we have a job start at 3am you go for it or we stop your claim.
Made a complaint they even said I avoided work next appointment she said should have ask for a pushbike unbelievable this is the type of heartless morons we are dealing with not even one word sorry...
agencies are mostly MPs, MPs mates, their donors and corporations owned, shares dividends etc...
for example the agency charge taxpayer £50 per hours but they only pay the works min wage per hour...

Atos, See the reviews online it's ridiculous glassdoor and indeed have a read.
Says it all tories dodgy deals just like the track and trace scandal with "Serco" why everything going through private firms most private firms are not even UK based your likelyhood legal action is next to nothing any wrong doings they will relocate that agent some of these sub contractors have next to no training.

They no doubt sleep like babies at night.
You don't think about the abusers going in as you just think to help people and that there couldn't be that many bad people when involved in for forms of care. You think you can try do good yourself. Then when your in you find out most people aren't nice at all and then you leave due to the abusers or are forced out if you report the abuses and try do as much good as you can.
My assessor was an African who addmitted they did not know my ailments and over the phone they was laughting,then lied in thir evaluation of me. Had my money reduced even though now im terminal.

Not for my job position. I was not an assessor but dealt with the assessors. However one of my jobs years prior to that did have me listed on the register with NHS directly. Information Richard has is from multiple points of view of covering different aspects of things dealing with NHS and Atos. Most of the supposed health professionals don't know even A level biology as some of my conversations with the assessors the medical points went over their heads. Richard has an email screenshot as proof and I can easily provide him more if people really needed the evidence. I had to have an enhanced BPSS along with credit check for my job position and if I stayed a bit longer I would have had SC clearance check. I would go more in depth but even saying this is a bit risky. But I want make sure people know the source is legit and so people dont question if he's being legit and so I thought id come on comments and answer some questions

In Australia I started at the ATO (Tax Office) through an Agency to begin with. Because Centerlink was pushing job seekers to the Agencies. Is it the same scenario here in the UK?
In the uk folk who vote for a particular party get aroused by the torture and dehumanising of disabled people, our uk government has had 2 shocking reports for how bad they're treating the vulnerable in our society.
From my own experience of working with agencies, I got one job because someone left, and I phoned that morning and was ready to go, another was asked if I knew any woodwork, get a toolbox and a couple of saws, when asked tell them you were working on a building site, another sent to drive a small truck with a Hiab, no licence to operate, told to refuse to answer if stopped as it was just a normal truck and I did not operate the crane, sent out to collect a load, refused to take it as it was over the permitted load for the truck, agency phoned take the load they had checked, and it was safe, known the guy over a decade, went to the weighbridge, and it was a tonne over permitted load, (driver gets the fine and points)
Sent to an aerospace company, they explained what they wanted, said it's not my field, but would learn or take a course, turned out they told the company I was highly trained in that field on top wages. Agencies are scum, they lie and cheat to get you in and reap the premium employers pay.

When you employ agency staff you are not under the same rules that Civil Service staff are governed by, also you are not obliged to pay a CS pension fund as they won't be there long enough to qualify - there is a pension scheme offered and available but it's not the same as a full civil service pension. This saves Millions of pounds! Also agency workers are easily dismissed, a full civil servant is a bit harder, the union for the civil service is quite robust and therefore a bigger issue. Agency workers also can carry out tasks less qualified and more questionable than a fully trained Civil Servant.
Spot on! You hit nail on the head there. I'd like to say more about some things following start of atos employment through agencies but it's a little risky. Just know uve touched on something that's part of one of the abuses
You guys are amazing! Really appreciate your work! I'm gonna have my PIP assessment soon from "Independent Assessment Services" and I hope I get someone decent. Their website states that those carrying out the assessment are registered nurses (both general and mental health specialists), physiotherapists, occupational therapists and paramedics...
Remember to record everything and please do keep telling them your going to record so they don't get a way of screwing you over.
If you change and have them come to your house instead make sure the staff don't connect to the Internet on their laptops incase the connection drops and lose everything. They all are supposed to be people with either degree level education or with apprenticeship that's on par with a degree. Most don't refresh their memories with things they learned though from their studies and training. When they don't keep up to date and refresh their knowledge regularly they lose their ability to understand why and how people are suffering
Yeah that is bad. For me, just as bad is the fact that, as i understand it, you send a letter to DWP, and it goes to some kind of sorting centre so it can be directed to the right department? Who are the people working in these centres? Surely that cant be right. What about confidentiality etc?

Any other email to Proton mail is not encrypted (not safe) but Proton mail to Proton mail is fully encrypted (proper safe) :))
He was just trying keep it brief for this video otherwise I told him that his other sources should also use Proton Mail. Nice one for pointing it out though incase others don't know how to protect themselves. He will go more in depth for sure. He has a lot more to come out
The reason companies use job agencies is so the agency screen out people that are unsuitable for a job. I got a job at a bank, they used an agency to do the recruitment. The agency will check your qualifications and do any test that they may require. When you go to the company you get a simple interview because they do not need to check everything is in place. Saves the organisation time and money.

The reason firms use agencies is so they can hire and fire at will. My last job the poor agency guys used to line up for half hour before a shift hoping to get a days work.
@@iansteventon4221you are right there. Agencies don't filter out the people that's another reason why quite a few are fired part way through training.... yes part way through training or even when fully trained.
For the thread starter david. When your dealing with peoples data and health records checks should be done before you enter the building and not once your part or fully trained..... in your explanation the situation for this is completely the opposite.

It should be. It's only Scotland that has their disability benefit changed. Only reason why yours might stop is if there is a change medically wise. You might only get a new soft touch review award which is just a phone call if they think you currently as bad enough

Former atos employee.. wonder if they hadn't taken sick would they blow the whistle, doubt it. Would still be turning deserving people down..
I got punished by speaking up while I worked there against the people above me and that's why "I wasn't liked" and they keep most as agency staff so they can get rid. I come from family with different disabilities and I worked for as long as I could and didn't even claim PIP till after I finished working because I didn't want take money from people when I could walk a bit. Most of the workers don't realise/don't care they have peoples lives in their hands. That's what I object to as when people need help to live they should get it and not have to wreck their sanity and suffer to get the help. Before the government started attacking the disabled I had already helped people in their own youtube videos over the years and helped advise some youtubers that say how to fill in the forms. I'm going keep continue helping people and speak with richard on an ongoing basis and have been helping people in comments of this video and answering questions and not just the odd email to richard. Don't assume everyone that works for the system is the same though sadly most are. Also maybe listen to what was said on the video from my email that when I did work for them I spoke up even then and that was more than a few years ago! So yes I did speak up before now with this is happening and was speaking up even when it was my income to buy my own medication so i can live. So I've been helping more and for longer than most. I even tried go to the media back in 2019 and was ignored by 3 newspapers and when I sent them proof aswell. Try be grateful for those of us who come forward because you clearly have no idea of the ramifications that can come back to anyone that whistleblows for anything involving the government. If you don't want the assessors to make faulty assumptions about people in the assessments when they don't know them then maybe you shouldn't make assumptions about them either. Especially when I was not an assessor. There are more than just assessors and case workers that work in the system. Allow me to return the same mindset gesture you did to prove a point. Wonder what chances are for you to apologise for making assumptions, blatant ignorant and being completely wrong? Doubt it......

Actually he toned down my babbling email. I hadn't slept in 3 days and was and am in a lot of pain and ramble when im like this. Infact the things he said wasn't babbling as he was giving context for how broad abuses are and trying be accurate while translating my babbling in real time to remove some. I speak plainly and always in short hand. I tried keep things short and sweet compared to all the abuses and situations I was actually very vague about to keep short. The full situations with full context are worse. That reply to Richard was just an introduction along with the emails after as he has a lot more than you know. Either way why bash Richard for babbling when he is going out of his way to help others. When it's also at his expense of time and effort when he is not well himself and is trying help others. He did that video while sitting in his car going on holiday. That deserves a bit of respect for Richard. What else he has to say from my emails after his holiday is even worse than abuses he said it this one. I've still not gone into everything yet with him too.
