  • In This Video I go over ANOTHER Shocking Email i received from a DWP Third Party Pip Assessor, confirming and stating information we knew already but just highlighting what it's like on the inside.
Do you think it's true what he's saying or is there a sinister motive?
Are There Cracks starting to form within the DWP?

Once again, I'm having to put another post to tell people what I've already said in the video. I am only repeating what email I had. I am NOT The one saying that migrants get treated better. This is coming from the horse's mouth and it's been reported on multiple times.
It doesn't really warrant you calling me a racist, does it along with every single English person in the country Scottish Welsh or whatever.
Just because someone says something it doesn't mean we all think the same.
People need to really watch the video all the way through before jumping on the racist bandwagon card it's so dam boring.
    🥱
If your not happy with a video don't watch, honestly I'm tired of telling people it's like I've children😂
Anyway now that's cleared up I'm off. Ta ta !!

No shame in reading his email. The person said they are told to fast track and prioritise claimant coming over from abroad. So it does effect as my claims been 7 months without a decision. I’m being put at back of the queue as non priority just because I’m not an asylum seeker. This isn’t right.
I’m not racist, he’s not racist and the person who wrote email isn’t racist but when citizens of Britain whilst very ill aren’t getting financial support as there treated as second class citizens whilst all asylum seekers get treated as first class citizens the system is corrupt against its own citizens.

@rosec3452 it can take 12 weeks for them to deal with a claim. I used work for atos so I'd you have any questions feel free to ask. Won't say what position but I can prove I did. Why im trying dig up the email for the duo as only links on info page is to this youtube channel and their travel yourube channel and to the clothing store link but no email. If anyone sees this and knows their email please share it so I can advise them. The problem is is the case workers and assessors on the most part like to be lazy. Not kidding as one thing on these videos one assessor admits most are not nice people and I can confirm it and are not medically trained on most part

@morpheus2490 You say it can take up to 12 weeks to deal with a claim! Try 14 months!!! That is how long i have been waiting for a review/assessment. I had the review/assessment last week. I now have to wait a further 6/8 weeks for a decision.... To hear that people from other countries that are claiming asylum in the UK are fast tracked absolutely infuriates me.. So you say it can take up to 12 weeks to deal with a claim!!
      ...Unbelievable...

Hi I have just had a 2 year battle with souless PIP assessors & no money then yesterday I had a call out of the blue, it was a very lovelly lady who opened with "Hi I'm a PIP assessor. Please don't panic I want to help you so lets see what has gone wrong with your claim. she went through my points & medical evidence & found a load of mistakes, reinstated all of my money & even laughed with me ! DWP have such a backlog they have got people reassessing our claims independantly so don't loose hope just yet. cos she was just such a nice human so they do exist in this system.

Thank you for this video. I think this is a genuine email. Sounds like a rare decent human. My daughter had the most appalling assessor on the phone in 2022. She has severe mental conditions, a benign brain tumour and osteoporosis amongst other things. This woman sounded like Katie Hopkins. She scored her 0 for 99% of the form. We were devastated but put in for an appeal. The guy on the phone could not have been nicer. He said not only would it be reinstated but increased. I’m getting too old to keep fighting this battle. There’s another one coming up soon. I dread it. Why can’t they just believe long term sick people. Now Sunak has his jackboot on our throats we are terrified.

Maybe if migrants that come here being told what to say to get these benefits that they have never paid taxes shouldn't be able to claim.
Anyone that comes to the UK seeking money and homes the rule should be you have to in the UK for 5yrs before being allowed to claim. That should limit the amount of claims, the UK needs to be not an easy target

I am, disgusted, dismayed and terrified at the possibility that I may end up being targeted and so the suicidal thoughts are creeping back into my mind which I already have now recurring nightmares starting all over after a reasonably quiet period and am rapidly losing faith that I'll ever have the chance to be helped!
I'd hoped that one day that thus Government would see sense in investing all the money they've wasted abroad when it's so badly needed for British citizens but now all I can think is they want us to give up hope, maybe that's whatll end up happening l it certainly may be I end up just another statistic on the Mortuary list.

Apparently, most people who appeal a rejected PIP assessment win. I don't know if that's true but it would make sense if what the email says is true. I get PIP for epilepsy and honestly the charities fought hard to get the government to see epilepsy as a debilitating condition. To any normal person that's obvious right. I was severely lucky to get a lovely woman do my assessment. What happened with Rishi is terrifying but atm I'm telling myself the torys will lose and it'll be scrapped. Pleeeeease

i had genuine mental health issues, i had a breakdown after my mum died, they told me at pip that i was just 'a little bit tearful' and turned me down, but i was just too exhausted emotionally, mentally and physically to do anything about it, not because i was faking it as they seemed to think, but just thinking about fighting it at the time made me feel worse and more exhausted so i didn't bother and i would suspect the same would be for many people out there with either mental health issues or disabilities, you feel low enough as it is without them digging a boot into you and pushing you further into the dirt and don't have the willpower or energy to fight them

    • @KidarWolf

That's exactly where I am with seeking PIP. I am autistic, I have other mental health issues, I have physical health issues, and I just don't have the capability to go through that process. I get told I can get help from CAB with this, but my CAB can't and won't help because they don't have anyone with the necessary experience with PIP applications. I'd rather survive than die trying to live at this point, and going through the DWP yet again is certain to take my mental health to a dangerous point that I'm just not willing to risk.

I take my hat off to the assessor whom I have no reason to doubt is genuine and I sincerely thank him for risking his job and his own future. As I have stated recently in previous comments I am still waiting on a decision (so far it's been 7 months) on a change of circumstances. My condition will not get any better and to cap it all I was diagnosed with angina on Friday and now have to have a mouth spray with me at all times. While I cannot blame the DWP for my condition I will say the stress of waiting on a decision has certainly affected my mental health which in turn has caused my physical health to decline.

I applied to take the dwp to a tribunal for my pip in March and recently received all the information the dwp hold about me including the assessments and its full of incorrect statements and missing vital information. I've sent them hospital letters from cardiologists and they've picked word for word statements that fit their narrative that I'm not sick but they haven't included my POTS diagnosis in those same letters, the medication i was prescribed for it and other information that proves my symptoms and illness and the reason I use a wheelchair! I swapped one painkiller for a stronger one and the assessor wrote that I stopped taking the old one because I felt I didn't need it! I'm beyond angry that they've done this and I can't wait for my day in court to tell my story to honest people who will listen! To anyone who isn't satisfied with outcome for pip; fight it, every step of the way! These people that make the decision about your life are liars and deny you because they know people don't want to take it to court! You have to fight, we cannot let these disingenuous people win. You can do it, you can fight this! Sending strength and hugs to anyone that needs it.

I got a copy of my 2007 ESA report dated October 2007 when I asked them for all the info they had on me in March 2011 for a DLA form to fill in, I read the report, it was the one I had gone to a tribunal with back in 2009 the inaccuracies in it were astounding everything I told the assassin was not in the report but made up, I couldn't see her PC screen because it was facing away from me but I remember telling her about my hereditary condition and there was nothing in the report about it even though I had a severe nose bleed, one of the symptoms of the condition, during the assessmenmt which was stopped for 15 minutes as it was so severe she even asked if she should stop the assessment and call an ambulance and I told her it would stop eventually. I used a full roll of kitchen towel to get it to stop, they lie just so they can get any bonus for failing people, I don't know if they have to wait until any MR or tribunal is carried out to get the bonus but the assassins shouldn't be on a bonus just for writing a report that fails the person applying for the ESA component of UC or PIP.
Immigrants can just say they have PTSD or something else and they will be awarded ESA/PIP or both.

Having Epilepsy/Fibromyalgia and Arthritis, being told I have the benefit for life, then came the cross over from DLA to PIP and was refused, so I appealed, was spoken to very rudely and the nurse whom did the face to face assessment picked her nose right through the session ( with no tissue at hand ), I complained she denied it and it took me two years to get reinstated. I shall be recording the next face to face, as for the life benefit no one wants to know. My neighbour with Brittle Bone disease was also struck off Mobility!? You have to show that the DWP are doing this. Hence to record your interviews. Now I understand why so many people are coming over on the boats it’s easy and fast track handouts .

Because I am not breeding stock, and have no children, I am more likely to be refused benefits? How utterly disgusting. Just because I live alone, do not have a partner, do not have children, do not want children, does not mean I am less deserving of getting the benefits I should be getting.
I won't comment on the truthfulness of the immigrant thing, but will instead share my personal experience, and a call for clarity and compassion. I've been a legal immigrant in a foreign country, and that country turned into a hostile place very quickly when the orange one started his campaign to become President. The last thing any immigrant needs is more hatred spewed forth, because not all immigrants are illegal, but the atmosphere changes very drastically when people start talking in disgusting ways about immigrants. Even if people claim that the rhetoric is not aimed at you, it is very unnerving to be an immigrant in an environment like that. It was ultimately what forced me to give up my life in America, and return to the UK, where, even now, as a British born national, I often feel uneasy here, as my accent is still very much muddied by living in America for 11 years, and marks me out as 'other' to some of the more hateful elements of society. If people take nothing else from my comment, please let it be this: your words and actions can impact people you don't intend, and can cause far more harm than you might believe they can. While we can have valid and useful conversations about immigration, and benefits, this works best in an environment where language is not hateful and harmful. Doing harm isn't necessary in order to have such conversations.
I just want to say this isn't aimed at you, DynamicDuoUK, but at people in the comments section in general.

In 2019 I had a WCA assessment and a PIP assessment within a month of each other. The WCA assessor decided that I qualified for LCWRA and couldn't walk more than 15 metres without needing to stop. The PIP assessor decided I could walk more than 10 times that distance. I remember asking the DWP if they were calling their WCA assessors liars. Interestingly, a year later when I had deteriorated to needing a wheelchair and was still fighting with the DWP to get PIP, all of a sudden, the "lying" WCA assessment was proof that I could walk just far enough to qualify for standard mobility. I'm dreading my reassessment when it gets done.

Nearly everywhere, from social housing to benefits, priortise asylum seekers/refugees/migrants with the official line being (in most cases) they do not have the social network or support Brotish born applicants have so need to be prioritised with fewer questions asked.
What is forgotten is the sheer amount of dedicated support that is offered to certain groups, and the sheer amount of pressure those groups will exert on organisations either directly or by hounding MPs whilst throwing around the word "racism".
Lots of naive people don't understand just how much support is readily available to help migrants navigate the system, just not for the majority of people.
A genuine reason for this I've heard from a social housing CEO is that "British people know how to navigate the system". Make of that what you will.

PIP example :- I have been partially deaf for over 30 years since a botched operation. This is accepted by the medical field and I have had a BAHA implanted to fix a hearing aid too. PIP say this is untrue, I am a liar and stopped my benefit, end of. No, I did not fight it, I have been ill these last couple of years and have no one to help.

As a not native English speaker living in the UK for over 20 years and raising special needs children here, let me tell you that whoever tells you that immigrants have more access is not honest, or something changed just last week.
I lost count of the systemic abuse on top of racism against me and my children we have been through. Nothing was easy, not even essential child benefits, and it took me years.
Do not get me wrong; I'm very grateful and support British land and farmers buying from locals as I would in another land. Simple, respect the land you live on. However, due to institutional harassment and injustice, I developed such severe health issues that I had no choice but to claim benefits; before, I was vibrant working in the Fitness Industry. I almost lost my life fighting for fundamental human rights and the same laws to be applied to my family as other people do automatically.
I also observe that many are falling into conquering and dividing agendas. I'm a descendant of an intelligent East European family who survived but bought Natzi camps and Totlitrism; I can tell you that puppet Rishi and many YT, who are turbo nationalists, fall into the same agenda. We all need to unite against those who conquer and divide us. Rishi is a pet as Hitler was.
    Still, harm can be done.
I am an activist, not a clicktivist; you will not find me on social media, just some closed and private groups. However, I have influenced some crucial matters locally and in the UK, simply fighting for my SEN children. I was dragged through criminal courts, and all I won or cases were dropped. I longed for Justice Revies against severe institutional harassment from local authorities, which was severe.
I fought for the rights of all SEN children in the UK and myself. The school system is broken, and indoctrination is just apparent. My elder child is doing very well in college and preparing for astrophysics. I will write a book once my younger child is settled back into the mainstream educational system; before that, I will have many fights with SENCO and DWP. I was targeted not once, and I will not obey injustice. Before all that, I worked and helped many Brits with fitness and therapy; I worked with special needs people, the elderly, and pregnant ladies. It is not easy as I have Fibromyalgia with acute pain half the time, ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia, and Asthma disc deterioration, IBS. If not for my kids, I perhaps would not be here. Side effects of medication and previously wrong diagnosis do not help much either. I use a particular app to write this info and have little time to do so, so forgive me for any mistakes.
I want to be helthly and work. I love my profession, and I studied very hard. This system wants people distressed and sick, and I object to understanding my enemy's language better than they do. I recently just wrote 20 pages to DWP of complin, which I intend to bring to MP, parliament and other Disability organisations. Please do not give up, folks; let's unite, not divide; it is not our game. The abuse I received from assessors who should not even review me as I won PIP Magistrate Court 3 times. I provided over 700 pages of evidence since my claim, all from NHS. As an immigrant, I have extra obstacles applied by DWP and local authorities, even NHS.
I do not know any other immigrant who has easy access. I came here to work as the place I came from was impossible to live in. I did not know anything bout the benefit system, nor did I want to rely on it. I believe God will help me out of it one day. I do not sleep at night worrying about my children, especially my young ger one, who has a rare condition. I do everything in my power to teach them independence. My elder son sid he will never rely on benefits, he seen me had no choice but go for it. He studied very hard before he was Electively Home Educated because the school system is broken, and I am not the first parent who lost their health to fight for the fundamental human rights of their SEN children.
Great channel and work. Stay brave, Dynamic Duo. We are all in the same boat. Greetings.

No, they won't. You need to get in touch with them ASAP. You should have had an appointment for a review long before your pip runs out. But pip are known for saying they sent letters which the claimant never receives! But if you were awarded your pip at a tribunal the dwp won't contact you, and they will just end your claim at the end of the tribunal award. You have to contact the dwp if you won at tribunal. It's just another way for them to cut people off from their financial support. Please contact pip as soon as possible.

      @margo.3466 22 дня назад +2

Advice to you is that putting no change on the review form is absolutely the worst thing to do as they always do another interview. The best thing to do is rephrase your original difficulties in different words but outline the same problems, and point scoring criteria. Very often you can qualify on several of the listed options at the same time. I have even seen where the applicant qualifies on all of them except the zero points option... but guess which one "IAS" (not so independent, Assessment services) pick? Rephrase DON'T PUT ... no change.

I'm currently awaiting my fourth PIP tribunal, after PIP reassessed my claim seven months before the entitlement expiry date, using the 'lack of medical evidence' excuse as their reason to reduce my severe disability score below ten points, so I couldn't replace my Motability car at Christmas and literally cut my DLA allowance in half, just at the same time ESA benefits went down, which invariably pushed my council rent and council tax payments up another £112 each month as a result.
Cutting off essential benefits that offer genuinely disabled people like me a glimmer of independence and replacing it with a 'Freedom pass' is hardly a fair solution, but that's what they're doing. However I can't even make it to the nearest fucking bus stop, the nearest tube is a mile away and I can ill afford the round trip taxi fare that the NHS frequently suggest. 😡

I would think the main issue with the idea of migrant incomers being much better able to make claims, is very simply this: it is INCREDIBLY hard as an indigenous person, possibly white, possibly mixed-race, possibly another ethnicity, to get ANYWHERE NEAR the level of guidance that migrants are given. This begins with legal support I believe, and has blossomed out from there. I don’t mind people getting decent legal advice and claims support, but it’s migrants who precisely because they appear to ‘have nothing’ and have just arrived, who are being properly advised. The language barrier seems to make this advice even more ‘specific’ and thus we end up where anyone speaking good english, and having a home or place to stay already, is at a disadvantage. My issue is NOT with migrants - it’s with the continual effort by governments to keep the affordable advice massively restricted.
As I say, it begins with legal advice about immigration, and progresses from there, I guess. Normal people in the UK of any colour, cannot afford legal advice, it is a luxury. And if half the people who go for legal advice could get some BEFORE GOING TO A FIRM, they’d not bother…because they’d be advised there is a minuscule chance of success for whatever they have in mind. For decades, the legal aid framework has been squeezed to nothing, so it only is given to a tiny percentage of those needing it. By definition, a migrant’s need for legal advice is extraordinary, so they’d be bound to be at the top of any list. And, if as the government has done, you spread migrants around the country, then the meagre legal advisory capacity out there, is soaked up pretty quickly. Not criticising migrants, I am saying give everyone that level of legal and claims support. That’s what’s disgusting. Take care all, don’t let this long-standing bad policy on legal aid, make you think migrants are awful. It’s the dearth of help for the rest of us that’s actually the issue.

They need to fly out at least 10,000 (preferably 100,000) a week. I believe they will have to shift 8 million, not 800 million. Sunak could simply round them up and fly the lot to Mexico as Biden is encouraging them there at the border. Sunak would be toasted as the greatest prime minister in history and they would remain in power for decades. Sadly this may be just a dream but whoever does it will have to hurry before Trump gets in.

Britain have already given Rwanda £240million in 2023 but no one has been sent there yet, so if they don't end up sending anyone will they get the money back? I understand people don't want to be sent there but isn't anywhere better than being sent back to your war country, also maybe sending millions of men there they could help and even benefit contributing to east Africa.
