This video is a life saver!! As a retail associate who mostly runs the fitting room, I have to stand 4-6, sometimes 8 hours a day! It was taking a toll on my feet and I even went to urgent care one day after work. Turns out I wasn't exercising my joints as needed! I do a couple of sets of foot exercises during and after my shift and I feel better! THANK YOU!

I used to work at Chick-Fil-A a while back and had to stand anywhere from 6-8 hours a day and I'm 240 pounds (I'm a weightlifter), so it really takes a toll, in fact one day it was so bad, I literally couldn't even take a step after reaching home. Also standing has nothing to do with leg strength on the contrary it's bone strength, I know because I have really strong legs, and after work it's always my foot that is in pain, my quads, hamstrings or my calves are never sore.
I am definitely going to show this to my tellers. I am having issues as head teller, I will make sure to take care of my tellers under me. Thank you so very much!!!
