Thanks Grant. After returning to my concrete floor eight hour day I end up walking like Robocop ! Your work out works like magic.
How do I correct on leg dragging by a toddler
IMHO!! I think this whole thing is backwards. When I get out of the shower in the morning and dry my feet to a clean perfection and proceed to put on protective gear in the form of Socks and Shoes I'm set for the day and I don't expose my feet to environmental germs and bacteria by removing my protective gear and walking around people's floors and germ infested carpets, that have days, weeks and months of settled, no longer airborne, dust, sneezes, coughs, conversational saliva missiles, discarded ear wax etc... thats on their floor and embedded in their carpet. Obviously this is going to get entangled and embedded in my socks or bare feet and when I go to put my shoes back on, this stuff is now in a dark moist environment which obviously is going to breed fungus, mold bacteria ( possibly the flesh eating kind). My feet look and feel great. I could easily get a gig as a foot model. But I see feet online and some people have jacked up feet. And I bet it's from doing things like taking their shoes off to enter strangers homes without thoroughly thinking it thru. They just assume that the people that came before them (ancestors and such) were smart and figured it out.

My daughter is 10 years old. Based on CT scan it is been found that her femoral Condyles are interenally rotated. Want C. T. SCAN OF BILATERAL Right femoral neck horizontal angle -3 degree Left femoral neck horizontal angle - 5 degree Right condyle horizontal angle - 25 degree Left condyle horizontal angle - 18 degree - Femoral condyles are internally rotated. Right anteversion angle - 28 degree Left anteversion angle - 23 degree - The periosteum appears normal. No evidence of lytic or sclerotic lesions. - The soft tissue in this region appears normal. - The fat planes are well maintained. - The skin and subcutaneous tissue are maintained. - No abnormal calcification noted. The above is the CT scan findings. Could you please suggest exercises

I checked out your RUclips channel and loved its attractive aesthetics. However, I did notice a few issues that need your attention. One area that caught my eye is the SEO aspect, especially the lack of optimized tags and volume. It seems like these aspects haven't been fully addressed. @@grantthefootdoc My main symptom is naturally preferring to toe walk. I lack internal rotation of the hips (Trouble moving both legs away from the body) I always have tight hamstrings and calves (though they are strong). I believe my quads and glutes are weak. This means standing still for extended periods puts strain on my lower back and bending over to do house chores hurts my lower back. I believe my pants come up higher on my right side. I believe this is because my right leg is stronger making the hips rotate slightly to compensate, however only a guess. Thank you for reaching out

I'm on week 4 on my first real job. I have to walk and stand for 8h. I can walk a lot but sometimes I need to stand for a bit longer which is the bad part. I wasn't used to it so first 3 weeks were hell. Yesterday was the firsz one without any pain. I bought new shoes and apply cooling gel everyday. I'm gonna try these thank you!
I stopped using them with my second and third child. But my eldest daughter she used it and her feet were fine. Well each child is different on how they use these but I still won't recommend them. Thanks for this video. ❤

yes definitely! of course, a 2 year old can try to mimic some of the movements as they are essentially bodyweight movements - so yes go ahead!
Thank you so much for publishing this. I work as a front desk agent at a hotel and the employer does not want the agents to sit ever not even for lunch break, we actually don't have a lunch break and we work alone so can't even walk but just stand there waiting for the guests to arrive or depart. I find it hard on my body. I'm glad that I came looking for a way to release the tension in my knees and hips too #grateful

I've been running longer distance. Issue is, once I get past 10K I start to get pain in the ball of the foot and base of the toes. feels like the sock is crumpled, or someone stuck a hair scrunchy in my shoe. It's right where the toes connect to the foot. Now, if I remove the shoe (stop running) and feel inside, there is no deformation of the insert, or my sock. the pain will last about 30 minutes after I stop running, then go away, but that section is still tender when massaged. When walking around, it's fine. I'm just getting frustrated, because my muscles, and lungs can easily handle the distance, and every time, it's like at the 10k mark, this starts. Recommendations?

Great question! Yes! It's all about improving the weaker hip and thigh muscles - which will certainly help with knock knees! Do you get any pain walking?
I'm about to start my job as a bagger, and i have no experience with any job that requires me to stand for a long time. Hopefully this video will help me out to atleast survive the 5 hour training.

better tips is buy one of those massage machine and massage your feet after work and put your feet in very cold water that will boost the recovery also drink alot of water and wear comfortable shoes that's the most important thing

it will help with any symptoms you're experiencing. But you must not forget that you've had 30years of walking a certain way. Doing some exercises for a few months isn't going to make drastic changes! You must be patient and be disciplined. Do you get any pain?

thanks for your question. I have encountered kids who are nonverbal and minimal to nil walking. The root of cause is important but after some perseverance, I end up empathizing with my patient and really understand their likes and hobbies - i.e. nintendo switch gaming, watching tv, playing a toy
The shoes I'm wearing are not tight but I always get shoe bites from all the shoes I wear
