  • How do you stop night leg cramps?! How to deal with annoying night calf muscle cramps now?!
Well in this video - i'll give you my strategy I designed for my patients. This is the sequel and demo video for my Night calf cramp strategy 2 years ago! Read on!
It’s the middle of the night. It’s quite peaceful, nothing moves in the street while time keeps ticking. You’re having a beautiful sleep, a little bit of a snore or a bit of sleep-talking. Or you’re having a beautiful dream of swimming in the beaches of Bora Bora, or being serenaded by Brad Pitt or a hot date with Jessica Alba - hmm..maybe these are my dreams…*ha thinking face*. Anyway anyway, ok so we’ve got you sleeping so sound, peacefully - and you stir just a little bit to lead into a slight stretch of your leg and BANG!!!!!!!!
Searing pain and pulling is hitting you with non-stop cramping of your calves as your brain in it’s sleepy state quickly wakes up and starts making decisions on what you should be doing to stop this madness of calf cramping you’re experiencing.
In this juicy episode, I will be presenting my calf cramp knock out strategy that will STOP your night cramps and give you a better night’s sleep.
But before I continue ANNNND BEFORE you skip ahead in this video! I’d love nothing more than for you to tap that SUBSCRIBE BUTTON and ring that notification bell to stay in the know when I drop new videos! Thanks!
Night calf cramps can occur for many reasons, from lack of water, lack of stretching and muscle trauma. Many of you night calf cramp sufferers are likely to jump out of bed, kicking and screaming in pain - pretty much doing whatever you can to calm the cramping muscle. I actually had one patient of mine suffer from concussion after getting out of bed, hopping and tending to her cramp when she tripped over and hit her head on the heater! Not the best story - but great thing is she is fine.
Comment below if you’ve ever had to jump out of bed in a frantic state and ended up hurting yourself!
Most of my new patients actually fear and dread going to sleep knowing they’re likely going to experience a sudden hit of a calf cramp. Some are listening to their medicos and taking supplements or medications. I’m telling you now, there’s an easier way that doesn’t involve you consuming chemicals and drugs.
I call this amazing strategy, that yours truly built, the 2 HOUR CALF CRAMP NEUTRALISER! To save my breath I’ll call it the CCN!
The basis of CCN is to gradually reduce tension and tightness on your calf muscle over a period of time before you go to bed. This ensures your calf muscle can basically chill out and not be so ‘tense’.
And folks, don’t forget, if you haven’t yet, and you’re liking my videos and other content, press that Subscribe button, tap that notification bell button and don’t forget to Like my video!
Ok, the basis of the CCN are two things. The first, is performing a calf-wall stretch and the other involves a countdown pyramidal time sequence. Why? So that you can really loosen up your calf muscles before you go to bed. Perform the stretch 10 sec hold / and repeat 3 times on each leg.
Now the first step is to figure out when you’ll be going to bed. Say, midnight. Ok, 2 hrs before midnight which is 10pm, perform a firm and comfortable calf wall stretch, three times on each leg.
Repeat the process again at the 1 hr interval and just keep halving the time -
So 12am, means 10pm which is 2 hrs before, 11pm being one hour after, then half the time interval, the next one will be at 11:30pm, then 11:45pm, 11:53pm. So by the time you hop into bed, your calves will be so nicely stretched out, they’ll leave you alone!
Now, folks, the longer you’ve suffered from calf cramps, the more you need to stick to the plan over a good period of time, say a week or two.
Folks, go all in on this, don’t do it sub standard, fully immerse yourself and you’ll have a great snooze!
I hope you enjoyed the video and that you found this video useful and entertaining! If you did, give me a ‘Thumbs up’ and don’t forget if you haven’t yet, SUBSCRIBE and RING THAT NOTIFICATION bell to stay in the know when I post new content.
If you know anyone you like who can benefit from this, please share this with them! I’d love to help as many people as I can!
Folks, sleep well cramp free and most of all, walk smarter not harder
I’ll catch you on the next video.

First time was last night. Literally screaming "FUUUU****KKKKKK!!!! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!" It went on for about an hour. Id say it was the most pain I have ever felt. I was literally in tears screaming, my brain couldn't even tell me how to exlain what I had been feeling, I froze with my web browser open. I have a bad feels it will happen again tonight. My legs are a bit restless righ now as I get ready to try to go to sleep.

@@grantthefootdoc For the most part, yes. I later discovered this was more due to lack of hydration than anything else. I still cannot believe the pain I felt. I used to hear a football was out with cramps and I'd laugh. Not funny at all. I'm surprised none of my neighbors called the cops. I was literally screaming haha.

Same thing happened to me twice this week but on my lower leg
My mom gave me a fast massage where the pain was going from up to down, it helped. Then I would slowly get up while she is constantly masssagging it, and eventually the pain got much better
