@@johnkimball5872 Leg press at the gym is 600 lbs. and I am riding a bike 4-5 x week between 35 minutes to a little over an hour. A lot of what is happening with me is a head/neck issue. I switched to wearing Chuck Taylor's. I have better balance wearing those. Memory foam sneakers are the worst.

Back to work. Started Amazon fulfillment center a few weeks ago and my feet have been killing me. My whole body is starting to work. We stand for 11 hours a day just at work.
It gets worse as you age, for decades it's ok tgen BANG ! Headaches, neck, shoulders...also interesting body language quirks ... emotions cause us to move our body in certain ways, folded arms is often to close the self off to others, and the bouncing up and down on the feet is someone who thinks they are important. thanks guys you are always lovely and helpful 🙏

I then realised that during treatment I lock my knees n use to bend them slightly But bc its habit I keep doing it. Can you chime in on the use of standing desks for computer work. Move a little, be relaxed, stand straight i get that... But how long should you stand for it to be beneficial to sitting all the time and how long should you sit for. What's the healthy ratio of one to the other for a 35 year old professional who works at a desk all day.

Yeah it's too bad that choir members have to hold their music folders otherwise we could do more of these while we're standing waiting for the orchestra tuned up and stuff. Somebody should invent some kind of hands-free music stands, but of course that would be counterintuitive because it would pull down on your neck and that wouldn't be good. Oh well. This is all actually a great inducement for memorizing your music!

me too. It’s only my 3rd day (im 17) and they started me at 7am on an 8 hour shift (since the 1st day) and it’s been terrible on my feet.
