There is nothing better than a fresh new set of tools for your hobby. I just love to have high quality tools. It makes wrenching so enjoyable. When ever I buy a new competition Buggy for the season, I always get a new set of tools for the car. But I really use the tools a ton during a year. The 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 always need replacing.
That's an amazing haul. I'm trying to figure out what to upgrade from my old AF dynamite set now that I'm wrenching more often now. MIP is a name I knew before I even got deep into RC.

Weird flex I know, but I actually have a set of OG SAE Thorp tools from before MIP took over production and I’ve used them until the newer RC kits went full metric
Those drive shafts won’t work unless you have the correct bearing size for the housing and shaft. Just put X01 aluminum knuckles all around on my 4x4 slash and had to run custom sizes bearing bearings to make it all work together.
Oh man, I am officially now jealous your RC empire’s success! 😅🤤 I don’t want to spend that type of money (retail price) on nice tools sets, but if someone got them for me as a gift, I am your BFF! 😊
thy are VERY close but a 1.3mm driver won't fit some .050" sockets (the hex is just a fraction of a hair too big) and while a .050 driver will fit a 1.3mm socket, it is a bit loose. I doubt it would ever strip, but it doesn't fit snug like a MIP should. lol
My co worker brought his Rc to work one day and I was hooked 2 months later I now own a jato 3.3 a Traxxas big foot and tiger fy08 and a lot of parts cases and tires lol I love it it's kinda of addiction i just like having new parts different things lol i bet everybody else is like me lol anybody got a ebay shop willing to do some deals on a traxxas slash

Lots of the small scale stuff had the .9 and 1.3mm screws I feel like some beadlock wheels and some of the screws on my SCX24s were 1.3 and .9mm

1.3 is the magic size for all the scx24 screws. Except the motor screws which are 1.5.

1.3 is for mini crawlers
1.3 for1/18 scale and smaller including Latrax
