Awareness to the breath is beautiful concept in Yoga, where you take your ATTENTION away from the unwanted activities of your mind TO A RHYTHMIC CALM STATE. Here in this guided practice, the focus is taken to five points in the body where you can feel the breath. This practice, relaxes your mind, manages stress, and helps to improve your concentration….. Excellent instruction. One point as feedback...the inhale-exhale singing -- while demonstrating tone mastery -- is very distracting and anxiety-provoking. Hope it will be dropped in future videos. 🙏🏽
