Thank you! This means so much :) Alas real life is preventing me from making more content as fast as I would like but I don't have any plans to stop the channel and will get more painting done asap!
Your videos are excellent, good length, you show a good bit of the actual process, and explain the steps concisely but fully. I predict you getting a much larger sub base; This is perfect timing for me, as I’m about to paint up my first army, 1,000 points of the sons of Sanguinius. I will be following your work, cheers from the US, mate. ✌🏼
Thank you so much for this! I really appreciate it 💖 I was worried that not being able to put content out weekly, as I have a full time job, would stop people subbing to the channel or liking my content! Thanks again for the support 😁
Hey! I love your tutorials and am in the process of following them! One thing though, I notice that at the end of this video the helmets have some kind of metal color on their tubes and ear circle things that isn’t mentioned in this video, what color is that?
Hi, Thanks for checking my videos out :) Sorry for the late reply but I am currently ill with the flu. The metal colour I used here was Vallejo Dark Aluminum. but you can use any silver metallic colour like GW Lead Belcher or even Stormhost SIlver if you like a brighter look!
Of course! Half the fun of the hobby is finding your own colour recipes! If you don't want as strong a highlight I use here, you could try a greyish blue to highlight like GW The Fang.
I just paint & highlight them the same as rest of the armour. Just pinwash and then the same highlight colours I use in my first upload :) Generally I go for green lenses as it contrasts really well with red.
Let me know if you found these recipes on your Blood Angels. Have you tried them out yet? Let me know here! :)
2 years later and this has helped me alot!! liked and subbed
How you don’t have more subscribers is beyond me, great content delivered in a clear straight forward form. Love it keep up the great videos

These are really good! I’ll try them whenever I can but can I replace the maccagre blue with something like ultra marine blue?

What about red helmets?
I just paint & highlight them the same as rest of the armour. Just pinwash and then the same highlight colours I use in my first upload :) Generally I go for green lenses as it contrasts really well with red.
