Namskaram guruji, me last 2,3 years se cervical se presaan thi. Poni bhi nhi bna pati thi . Hair open hi rakhti thi. Mene aapki 12 cervical exercise start ki. Or 10 days me hi result bahut accha mil gya. Mera cervical nhi rha.

This video is very useful and effective. I m doing all those excersies which explain here along with Surya namskar.
Daily practice of the above provide me 90% relief in pain. I m also not using pillow and continue avoiding stress since last 4 months.
I advise the viewer to do the regular exercise as explained in video but Surya Namaskar is more effective not only in survicle but also in stress and stomach problems.

Namaskaar swami ji . Meri neck main bhut pain or jakran thi . Mene ye exercise sirf ek baar ki . Or ek time me hi muje bhut (80%)relief Mila . This is the best exercise. App bhut acha kaam kar rhe ho.

Namskaram Yogiji, my father (72yrs) has pain in both hands near wrist area from last 2 years. There is little swelling in the local area. Two before years he was in hospital and Intravenous medicines (for removing fluid from body due to Congestive cardiac failure condition) were given by staff. Afterwards he is fine as far as heart condition (though on daily allopathy medicines) and other physical is concerned but in 24 hrs of a day, after every 3-4 hours the pain in hands come back. Also there tingling in all his fingers which last all the day&night. We consulted many ayurveda allopath doctors, took every medicines but no much relief. Because of pain he has to wake 2 times from deep sleep in the night and then he massage with oil and pain relieves in 15 min then he sleeps again. But we are afraid as this is continuos from 2 years. Please advise Sir as you are ray of hope for many of us.You are gift for mankind. Pray to God that you inspires many to become like you.

मैं जब रात को सोता हूँ तो मुझे हाथ मोड़ कर सिर की नीचे रखने की आदत है, जिससे रात में मेरे बाएं हाथ में कंधे से लेकर कुहनी में दर्द होने लगता है , कभी कभी हथेली में झुनझुनी चढ़ जाती है, सुबह जब सो कर उठता हूँ तो ऐसा लगता है कि हिलना डुलना मुश्किल है लेकिन जब थोड़ा एक्सरसाइज कर लेता हूँ तो नार्मल हो जाता है, गर्दन और पीठ में अकड़न सी रहती है।
