Be careful. Leaning your head backwards will squeeze the discs together and thus the nerves. This will increase the problem according to Dr. Same goes for looking up when bending forward.
While watching the video, I could do three exercises and I am feeling better , I will do full exercise from tomorrow. I am having tremendous pain in the neck for the last 15/16 days.
