    नमस्कार स्वामीजी ये योगाभ्यास करतेही बहोत आराम मिला
    वातदोष कम करने के लिये आपने जो 5उपाय बताये थे वो भी मै 6 महिने से कर रही हूं उससे
    भी मुझे फायदा हुआ
    व्हेरिकोज व्हेन्स से माई बहोत परेशान हूं स्टाकिंगस के बोन मैं चाल नाही सकती पैर बहोत दर्द करते कृपया कुछ उपाय बाताये

    Muje cervical pain tha me ek weak se is problem se pareshan thi or hospital jane k bare me soch rhi thi ..
    Lekin RUclips pr apka video dekh kr cervical pain ki excersize ki pahli bar me hi dard tik hua .. ab har roj krungi ye excersize... .

    धन्यवाद गुरुजी कंधे के दर्द से काफी दिनों से परेशान थी कई डॉक्टर को दिखाया कोई आराम नहीं लेकिन आपकी बताई एक्सरसाइज से एक दिन में ही काफी आराम है और कल तक तो शायद पूरा दर्द भी चला जाएगा।

    Very effective exercise bahut jyada relief mila mujhe 2 din se doctor k pass ja rahi thi but mujhe wahan koi aaram nahi tha per jab maine U tu par guruji ki vedio dekhi or maine is exercise ko kiya to mujhe vahut fayda hua ek hi baar me thank you guruji❤ se

    गुरुजी आपका धन्यवाद कैसे करू मेरे पास शब्द नहीं है मेरे और मेरी मां को आपकी बताए योगा से सिर्फ दो तीन दिन में ही कितने दिनों की परेशानी से राहत मिल गय। Bahot दर्द होता था। गर्दन आगे पीछे नही कर सकते थे

    Namaskaram thank you so much for your recommendations.🙏🏽Those exercises and yoga has helped me a lot. I am a patient of MS and had your medicine for 4 months as you told me to revisit after 4 months but due to corona i am unable to. That is why I started havind steroids. Now in my MRI, it has shown improvement and it has stopped growing. This is for the first time ever!!🙏🏽Thanks a lot! But can you now please recommend me something for my stomach. It has been upset for a while. Please🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Guruji aapka bohot bohot dhanyawad, muze 5 minutes me hi aram hua it's miraculous. Guruji mai aapko meri ek aur takleef batana chahti hu, housewives ko servicle ki problem zyada kam Daye hath se karne se hoti hai, aur baya hath use karne jao to wo to Bina kam ke akad jata hai iski koi nijat aap batyenge to bahut Krupa hogi, it's a request guruji, aap hum housewives ki takleef ko apni kripadrishti se shant kare, aapka ek bar first bahut bahut dhanyawad.....
