@@MaisieBelle Exercise is great. But there are no exercises, that makes you loose fat any specific place. Working out, with exercises - or walking/running and/or eating less calories is the only way to loose fat
To be fair, there are really healthy pancakes out there (if you can cook). For example, greek yougurt pancake, or banana and blueberry pancake, full of protein. They can help you burn fat more effectively. Black tea can help too!

@@Da_Spy Hey Violet, I strongly recommend that you do it once not twice since I'm eagerly desperate for a thigh gap so i do twice every 2 days (it's effective!). Doing it twice in one day can really make your legs shake.

@@emersonc1476 I avoided unhealthy foods of course . I drank water 2lt a day, and ate veggies . If you have the desire for chocolate , stick with dark chocolate but do not overdo it . Detox infused water with cucumber , lemon , ginger, green apple, stick cinnamon and parsley helped me a lot to boost my metabolism . As a coffee addict , I like my coffee medium sugared , so I replaced sugar with stevia . You can use stevia everywhere. I did not go hard on myself . I ate five times per day actually . I had 3 main meals and two snacks. As snacks I preferred nuts, yoghurt with honey, fruits etc . It’s nothing hard. It’s a normal eating habit without processed foods. I also ate bread but in a small amount . I ate home based meals , I did not use too much oil while cooking . 🌸

Ok I’m at not very optimistic about this workout because the last thigh gap workout from her I did was a flop, but after reading so many positive comments I decided to try it and give honest results. I will keep track of how effective this is while doing it for 2 weeks! Day 1: My legs feel great, I think that the inner-thigh burn we did was very effective! Day 2: I felt the burn way more today, the wave workout was the one that definitely helped. Day 3: I didn't feel much of a burn in my left leg, but my right leg felt like it was on fire! I think that the inner-thigh burn caused most of the burning feeling today! Day 4: I see a tiny bit of results today! I don't have anything to measure my legs with so I can't do that- but today the thigh gap push thing, (last workout) burned the most! Day 5: I have this all memorized, and I think that the wave has been very effective throughout this workout! Day 6: I skipped a day, sorry i was busy, but I will do this workout for 2 weeks exactly, so for today: There was not much of a burn, but the workout that had the quickest reaction to a burn was the thigh gap push! Day 7: Throughout this week, I definitely have gotten a thigh gap, but it is small, so hopefully through this next week it will get bigger! But the LEAST effective workout that is in this video has been the butt kicks, with just one leg. Day 8: I am gonna try to keep these short now, but today I felt the burn the most out of all the past days. Day 9: Wow, the burn was twice as worse as it was yesterday! I definitely see some results! i just want thigh gaps, i don't have any weight issues other than being slightly underweight. currently, my thighs are 47-48 cm. Exercise is great. But there are no exercises, that makes you loose fat any specific place.
Working out, with exercises - or walking/running and/or eating less calories is the only way to loose fat

To be fair, there are really healthy pancakes out there (if you can cook). For example, greek yougurt pancake, or banana and blueberry pancake, full of protein. They can help you burn fat more effectively. Black tea can help too!

Detox infused water with cucumber , lemon , ginger, green apple, stick cinnamon and parsley helped me a lot to boost my metabolism . As a coffee addict , I like my coffee medium sugared , so I replaced sugar with stevia . You can use stevia everywhere. I did not go hard on myself . I ate five times per day actually . I had 3 main meals and two snacks. As snacks I preferred nuts, yoghurt with honey, fruits etc . It’s nothing hard. It’s a normal eating habit without processed foods. I also ate bread but in a small amount . I ate home based meals , I did not use too much oil while cooking . 🌸

Ok I’m at not very optimistic about this workout because the last thigh gap workout from her I did was a flop, but after reading so many positive comments I decided to try it and give honest results. Day 1: My legs feel great, I think that the inner-thigh burn we did was very effective!
Day 2: I felt the burn way more today, the wave workout was the one that definitely helped.
Day 3: I didn't feel much of a burn in my left leg, but my right leg felt like it was on fire! I think that the inner-thigh burn caused most of the burning feeling today!
Day 4: I see a tiny bit of results today! I don't have anything to measure my legs with so I can't do that- but today the thigh gap push thing, (last workout) burned the most!
Day 5: I have this all memorized, and I think that the wave has been very effective throughout this workout!
Day 6: I skipped a day, sorry i was busy, but I will do this workout for 2 weeks exactly, so for today: There was not much of a burn, but the workout that had the quickest reaction to a burn was the thigh gap push!
Day 7: Throughout this week, I definitely have gotten a thigh gap, but it is small, so hopefully through this next week it will get bigger! But the LEAST effective workout that is in this video has been the butt kicks, with just one leg.
Day 8: I am gonna try to keep these short now, but today I felt the burn the most out of all the past days. Day 9: Wow, the burn was twice as worse as it was yesterday! I definitely see some results!
Day 10: There was a burn today, but it was not too bad, I know have a handle on the waves, so they are no longer looking wonky!
Day 11: I still have a small thigh gap, but today the most effective workout, one with the most burn, was the thigh gap push or whatever its called!
I don't even need a thigh gap it's just this is a good leg workout and it makes my calf's so strong

When you first did the workout how long for results?
i just want thigh gaps, i don't have any weight issues other than being slightly underweight. currently, my thighs are 47-48 cm. (18.6 inches)
i will exercise ONCE A DAY for a week and then TWICE A DAY on week two. i will edit my comment each day because it motivates me to keep exercising. 🩷
🧸 day 1 my legs hurt, it was tiring, this is my first time exercising so i guess it's normal. (of course i walk and sometimes run but do they count as exercise? i don't know! i just know that this is the first time i'm willingly choosing to exercise by watching a video.)

I am not even joking. I started doing this about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I did it every single day two times a day and I did lose some inner thighs maybe not as much as I wanted to, but I do feel comfortable in shorts that I used to not feel comfortable if you’re looking in the comments to see if this worked, it does work
My outer thigh is burning like fire while mi inner thigh just chillin idk what im doing wrong but i like the workout even if it burns my outer thigh thankyou for posting this lots of love🥰🥰🥰

Maybe lift your leg till you can feel inner thigh stretch then do workout like that?

Day 1 : ☑️ It was really hard to do especially with my left leg!
Day 2 : ☑️ it was still hard but it felt little bit easier! Felt the burn 🤑
Day 3 : ☑️ i did it today also but at night because I was really sleepy all the time😭, so it seems pretty easy now! Don't have much to see in my thighs but let's hope I'll get the best results ❤
Day 4 : ☑️ I'm doing this exercise at night because I have no time to do this at morning 😭, so It is going pretty well! I think my thighs is little bit smaller now! Not that much but I think it's smaller
Day 5 : ☑️ it seems pretty easy now! I felt the burn as usual!! Just waiting for the best results 💗
Day 6 : ☑️ donee! Now it's really easy to do! And hey i can see difference girl, before I can't even see a small gap in between my thighs but now i can see it but it still very small, not that noticible but that's okay💗
Day 7: ☑️ can't believe I did a workout for 1 week countinusly! Seeing a small different now, will follow it for one more week!
Day 8: ☑️ I feel burn in my inner thighs 💪🏻 there's not a big difference in my thighs ig but we'll wait 🤓

So I’ve been doing this exercise for like 3-4 now and I already see some results! I love this workout it’s easy and it dosent take long! Defenetly recommend this!
i came here from tiktok and i want to write down the days i do it to see the difference
LIKE TO MAKE ME REMEMBER
DAY1: ✔️- it hurt a lot especially the wave but i done the whole thing and ill probably do this again tonight
DAY1 NIGHT✔️ - it wasn't as bad as the morning because i did another workout before this but the wave was the hardest again and ill be back tomorrow hopefully 🤞🏻 both thighs = 54.5cm
DAY2 ✔️ - this wasn't as hard as yesterday but it wasn't easy and i am doing other workouts with this one and i did workouts for about 1 week before this one and my mum has said their is a difference in my hips and thighs which is good!!
DAY3✔️ - this was easier today and i almost done it all without any breaks and ill re size my thigh size on day 5 or the weekend but tbh guys it gets easier every time you do it!
DAY 4 ❌ - i missed my workout time and i got lazy so ill do twice more on day 5😢
DAY 5 ✔️ - guys dont skip a day bcs it hurt so bad especially doing it twice but its alright atleast im doing it
