Hello from England Denise, I am looking forward to watching your vids for advice and learning new recipes, I will try this honey I might add some crumbled walnuts too, I have subscribed. Thank you so much.💝😃👍🏼🇬🇧
Contrary to what was said at the beginning of the video, this is not "carb-free." 1/8 cup of King Arthur almond flour has 3 grams of net carbs (3g of carbs minus 1g of dietary fiber plus 1g of sugar). So, 1 cup has 24 grams of net carbs. Milk also has a lot of carbs, 12 grams per cup. Let's do the math. This recipe calls for 3 cups of almond flour (72 grams of carbs) and 1/2 cup of milk (6 grams of carbs): that's a total of 78 grams of carbs for the whole loaf. If you are diabetic, don't eat the whole loaf in one day. If you cut up the loaf into, say, 10 slices, you should be good eating 2 slices (a total of 15.6 grams of carbs) in one day.
I would substitute the milk and change one cup of almond for 1/2 C protein powder isolate. Maybe two tbsp of psyllium power for added softness and extra fiber. Otherwise, I would eat one slice a day with mi morning coffee no problem. I am not diabetic, but I am avoiding excess carbs, and eating more healthy. Looks very delicious!
I worked it out with Blue Diamond flour which has only 2 net carbs per quarter cup. (No need to add sugar carb from the flour since it is included in the total carb count). Therefore, there are 8 carbs in a cup and 24 in 3 cups. Add in carbs from the milk, which whole milk has 6 carbs per half cup. That makes 30 carbs divided by 10 servings which means 3 carbs per slice. I’m very glad I tried this bread. It is delicious.
This almond flour bread came out great. I saw your video today and made one loaf which is half way done already. I just love it and have added this recipe to my collection. Thanks for posting.
Hello just found your video looking forward to trying it. You mentioned that for a different flavor you could add pumpkin. Being that Halloween is next week I will have a pumpkin to use how much pumpkin canned or fresh would you Add? 2 nd question is the pumpkin in addition to all the ingredients or is it substituted for one of the ingredients and again please how much to add using this recipe. Thank you for your video and your response. Have a blessed day and happy holidays to you and your viewers.🙏
I think this is one I will try. I have been out of the kitchen for a while (I used to cook all the time) and this looks like just what I want for my morning coffee.
Vegetable oils are VERY BAD for your heart! ALWAYS USE BUTTER INSTEAD! Trust me this came from my Grandfather's heart doctor and after his first heart attack my Grandfather switched to butter and away from the cooking oils and not only did he never have another heart attack but lived a very long time after that!
The Almond loaf looks amazing but I'm really concerned about recommending this recipe to biabetics because almond flour has carbs. I'm not sure what King Arthurs count is but I use Costco brand and it's 20 cabs PER CUP! That's 60 for 3 cups..I don't thing that's considered carb free as stated.
See beverlylomosad1481 comment. If you eat only 2 slices a day you should be ok. I would have a hard time doing that if it’s super yummy, but that’s how I got in this pre-diabetic situation, right?🤷🏼♂️
She said to add 5 tbsp. of Splenda, an artificial sweetener. I myself will not be using sucralose in baking and cooking as it might release harmful compounds at high temperature. They can also cause gut problems.
If you use 1percent of almond milk it will only have 1 carb and always use melted. Butter or olive oil or coconut oil that way you get rid of inflammation 😊
@@elainecrocken4340she added to much cinnamon and other spices, for people who like a lot of spices fine , for myself I like a smaller quantity. I guess it’s just on your taste. She also mentioned using a tablespoon of allspice can be powerful spice blend so I would use less of the other spices.
Thanks for sharing this video, it really helpful. 👏🙏🏾

Statt milch, als Ersatz= schlagsahne, kein öl sondern Butter.
Dont worry about diabetes. The spleda should give you cancer in know time.and this is far from carb free

This looks wonderful. I would substitute the Splenda with erythritol. get rid of the nasty maltodextrins which are so bad. Going to make this today.
I add blueberries to mine. Makes a very nice bread with a cup of tea. I also use ground flax seeds instead of the oil. So low carb and low fat.

Love this recipe ❤
Just what I was looking for!!
Splenda spikes blood sugar, consider using an alternative sweetener, such as xylitol or Stevia
Looks amazing!!!
Thank you! 😊
This looks delicious and I love all of your suggestions for other flavor ideas!
Hi there! Thank you for this recipe! Could you please give another choice other than Splenda please? Thank you!
Erythritol. You can buy it at Costco, where you buy coffee and sugar section. I researched about Splenda and it’s bad.
I tried your recipe and it tasted much better than plain almond bread
Can I get the recipe please
why not unsweetened almond milk?
Unsweetened almond milk is not milk. Milk is milk.
I used olive oil and had to add half a cup more to get your consistency. still looks good!
Ty very much. I will do it tomorrow n i let u know. Do u have mire recipes. I didnt have time to check. I will. Again ty

Oh. Thank you so much.
New subscriber here😊
This looks great is it possible this could be cooked in a bread machine?
Could you please tell me what size of loaf pan you used? Can’t wait to make this almond bread, it looks delicious. 😊
Sound good. Im a diabetic. Have you tried real salt and stevia or alleose? Pumpkin sounds wonderful.
Blessings
I think this is one I will try. I have been out of the kitchen for a while (I used to cook all the time) and this looks like just what I want for my morning coffee.
Try some milled flaxseed and psyllium husk
What about yeast? Can it be added?
Milk is very high in sugar. I would use unsweetened almond milk.
I think I could add some nuts as well.
Thank you much .
So delicious 😋

Plus butter tastes better.
Can you give the recipe in grams, as it will be more accurate please? Thanks
Can I replace Splenda with maple syrup?

Vegetable oil dangerous miss What are you doing
is splenda ok for diabetics.......?
Can you put this in a bread machine
Thanks more cake
I couldn't get what's the ingredient of 5 spoons and the last bottle. Can u pls mention it.
She said to add 5 tbsp. of Splenda, an artificial sweetener. I myself will not be using sucralose in baking and cooking as it might release harmful compounds at high temperature. They can also cause gut problems.
I just now made this and I forgot to put the half a cup of oil in it. I hope it turns out.
Almonds are inflammatory so i guess coconut flour will do
If you use 1percent of almond milk it will only have 1 carb and always use melted. Butter or olive oil or coconut oil that way you get rid of inflammation 😊
Recipe please
Don’t use the baking powder it has aluminum there is others with out
Milk will raise your glucose level, so not so good for diabetics. Also, Splenda is not a good choice of sweetener.
I don’t see any reason why one can’t add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder to this recipe and less spice for a chocolate treat.
The problem with almond flour is that it's very expensive.
I made this almond bread and it tasted awful, maybe the almond flour was bad I don't know ?
@@elainecrocken4340she added to much cinnamon and other spices, for people who like a lot of spices fine , for myself I like a smaller quantity. I guess it’s just on your taste. She also mentioned using a tablespoon of allspice can be powerful spice blend so I would use less of the other spices.
If you switch from almond flour to coconut flour, please remember that that is not an even swap. Coconut flour requires more liquid.
Think you need only 1/4 the amount of coconut flour than almond flour..coconut flour is very absorbant
U can use honey 🍯
It is still a sugar
That seems like a lot of stevia, to me 1/8 of a teaspoon is as sweet as 1 tblsp of sugar
I used stevia
Not =really no carbs, not real keto, some of the almond flours are 100 % almond. Other floor ADD
From the Wal Mart ADD other stuff.
I don’t believe all this ingredients are carb free. Be careful what you say
KETO Bread tastes great but sits like concrete in your stomach!
Definitely not carb free
Didn’t work. Just fell apart. Tasted horrible. My attempt was a complete fail and that’s unusual for me
Mine tasted awful also couldn't eat it, followed the recipe still tasted terrible
Y do u guys never tell people where to get these ingredients?.
I get mine at the grocery store
Splenda is not good for you. Date sugar Or Honey or Maple syrup would be better than Splenda.
Most the Cincinnati you get in the store is not even Cincinnati
😢
