Here you go! Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 3 eggs Preferred amount of honey Preferred amount of cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp of any oil Preferred amount of vanilla or almond extract 2 cups almond flour 1 tsp baking soda **optional: sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter when it’s in the pan** Steps: In a bowl, mash the bananas. In another bowl, whisk the eggs so that it will be easier to combine with the bananas. Once they are all whisked, add them to the mashed bananas. Add the honey and cinnamon and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix that in the same bowl. Pour the batter into the pan. If you want, you can sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter. Put the pan into the oven and let it bake for 40-55 minutes, or until nothing comes out on your cake tester/toothpick when you poke the cake in the middle.
Thank you VERY much Donna!! That’s A BIG help.!!!!! How did you like the banana bread? Did you make it? I’m thinking 🤔 I will try this recipe. And she seems very sweet the young lady in this video. Sooo tomorrow I will make it as it’s too late now to bake anything.
Thank you for posting. I have made this banana bread about a dozen times + already. Keep doing what you love and don’t let any negativity get in your way. LITS life is too short.

I used 1 tbsp baking powder along with the baking soda, and used about 4 tbsp of oil. also added more sweetener and some walnuts. came out of the pan fine and texture was good.
I made this today! my ripe bananas already sweet so i skip honey but i put 1 sachet of sweetener & a little choco chips just in case. A bit burn on top because i havent got used to my new oven but its so good 😊

This was excellent! I always hesitate to make healthy banana bread because they all turn out awful and tasteless. But not yours! I will definitely make this again! Thank you!
This is the only recipe for GF banana bread that points outs baking at a lower temp for longer. That’s because of the high moisture and zero gluten which will take longer for the bread to set up. Thanks great recipe. Just put mine in the oven 🤞
I mash my bananas with a whisk Use 4 to 5 eggs separated, mix the yolks with banana; add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 teaspoon salt, *2 tablespoons of maple syrup, a drizzle of olive oil and melted butter (just a bit) (trust me on the salt level, it all comes out balanced. Mix well. Next: at med. High speed whip the egg whites to stiff peaks I use 3 cups almond flour, that I grind myself. *Pro tip: use raw almonds and grind yourself!! Game changer. *Pro tip: for one cup of the almonds, under-grind the nuts so you have some crunch. The semi-ground almonds should be about 1/8" , small, mixed in with the finer ground almonds. Two teasp. of baking soda. Once your have your dry almond flour mix with your other dry ingredients, mix with the egg yolk+banana vanilla+ maple mix. Next: fold in the egg whites. *This is a game changer pro-step. Pour into loaf pan, ( buttered and almond floured ) Bake at 330° for 45 to 55 min. 👍🏼
Love your presentation. You are very clear in instruction so all can feel confident in trying recipe themselves. Please keep recipes coming.By the way do you know carb and calories stats? Take Care
I made some last night using a different recipe, it was just ok. It did t rise. I’m going to try this one. The other one had buttermilk and I only had corn oil and avocado oil so I chose the corn. Nah. Gonna try this one next. Thank you so much.
I made this and the batter looks so thick and it is kind of hard to mix, so I added a cup of almond and coconut milk but even after that it is so thick
How much almond flour did you put in. And did you add butter/oils and syrup/ honey. They are moisture giving ingredients. Milk isn't. And put on low heat to bake at least an hour. I have made it at start of lockdown. It was too thick. Keto Baking can be tricky. Try again good luck.
