Really? This is the FIRST EVER "Legend of Heroes" game that *I'm worried I won't like* after 10 AWESOME entries in the franchise. (My biggest grip here is the *change to the turn-based mechanics* and them *RUINING the AT Bar* that has now become *unreadable* compared to previous games)
@@TheInfinityMaster1 I see what you mean. The AT Bar has been fixed in its sequel - Kuro no Kiseki 2. What about the turn-based system? It's more or less the same except that you don't have to waste a turn to move your character now, you can move and act at the same time! :)
I just started trails two months ago with Cold Steel 1/2. Two of the best rpg's I've ever played. After some research I realized there's a whole world to explore around 10 games. I looked up the time line andI shifted over to sky. I'm now 1/4 through sky sc. I'm having the best time with this series. Can't wait to get to this one, but I have a long way to go.

Always amazes me how Falcom is able to make excellent and expressive 3D models that are better than most other JRPG companies despite not having nearly as much manpower and budget. Truly are masters of their craft.
I learned about modding to play the fan translation and it was worth it. Game is a blast and I look forward to replaying it in English, still baffled that the game is rated T though
So falcom took us to The Liberl Kingdom, Crossbell State, Erebonian Empire and now The Republic of Calvard, and we've seen 4 Holy beast I wonder how many treasures Calvard has, and if the Calvard Arc isnt the last one where will Falcom take us next? Principality of Remiferia? or Holy Nation of Alteria?? or a spin off to North Ambria State (the anime)
The quality of this opening compared to Reverie is massive. I do miss the 2d animated ones but CS4 had sort of poor animation for its opening so I guess its not all bad.

About that I can't the NEXT best thing is to run a Japanese Wiki/Fansites that have 100% walkthroughs for these games using a auto translator so that the Wiki's are in English text not Japanese but still Japan releases the games FASTER then the 2 to 3 years it takes to DUB them so by the time Kai/Kuro 3 gets a English DUB Japan will still likely release the next 2 to 3 games BY 2026.
