Well - Don't be ashamed. I nearly escaped that fate, because I bought Cold Steel 1 on a whim (I just thought it looked interesting, so why the hell not). Only a half hour in I noticed from comments in the sales platform's forum, that it was in fact the 6th game of a complete series. So I thought about it for a while, and decided to put Cold Steel I on hold and start with the Trails In The Sky series First Chapter. I was put off a little by the far more "primitive" graphics, but after only a few hours in those graphics did not matter any more, because I was fully sucked in by the story of Estelle and Joshua. I am really happy I made that decision, and could experience that massive story all to the end with Trails Into Reverie. And now only a few day's until Trails Through Daybreak...😉
Have a ps3 and a switch So coldsteal and zero/azure gona play them in the future The biggest news was the remake of trails in the sky so hopefully we get SC and 3 remamkes as well Thanks for the video now a i have something to play for like 2 years haha
For me in Trails Series there's no best arc in the series, because all them are the best! Just play them all, whether you started from Trails Of Cold Steel 1 like me way back 2016 or an old fan, incoming players. The more you play the more curious you get about who the character is, where they came from, most importantly the story Enjoy! we have a long way to go specially the Western fans just waiting the game to officially english launch of the current games :)
Anyone freaking out about PC the sky games can run on a literal toaster. Just get an ok rig for a cheap price, and you can probably run these games with good performance.
There is a way to play trails in the sky 1st chapter the 2nd and the 3rd I bought all 3 copies from Japan and used a walkthrough on RUclips and played them with trophies

@@JTsavage7577 I really considering it from what I learn people have a good experience on the steam deck Falcom isn't really known for remastering their games so the chance of the happening is very low they only port their games to modern platform

Every trails game from zero that means Trails from zero Trails to azure Trails of cold Steel Trails of cold Steel 2 Trails of cold Steel 3 Trails of cold Steel 4 Trails into reverie Trails through daybreak Are all available on ps5. That means you just need to play Trails in the sky fc Trails in the sky sc And Trails in the sky the third on pc. I hope you end up trying them it's so worth it
Saying PC isn't a modern platform is like saying humans aren't animals. People might not like playing on PC, but that's on them, not on the developers.
@@Javifaa i don’t really recall saying anything like that about PC but I like playing my games on pc mainly because most game get ported to Steam I don’t really have the cash to but multiple consoles but still not every trails game is available on all consoles An example would be Xbox
@@BLAZER_VA You said the Sky Trilogy isn't on a modern platform. If you meant modern console (and I think you did), you should have revised the script before recording it. Or revised the video before uploading it. On that note, the video really needed an editing pass on the script, the terminology was all over the place.

I guess im never touching these games until they're accessible on PS5 :/ its definitely stopping the series from being able to grow its audience.

Even if it's a low end it can run most of the game
