Hi dear... I was so happy to see this video as I have been thinking of balanced meal plan since the past few days, thank you 🥰. We have always been eating healthy but I wanted all our meals in a day to be balanced and your 5 days meal plan is going to help a lot 🙂.
I loved the different healthy sweet options that you shared,enikku sweets bhayankara ishtamanu. I also loved the sweet potato chicken salad. Enikum sweet potato ishtamalla becos of it has a diffrnt type of sweet taste but we recently started eating purple sweet potato and it is really good. Usual sweet potato ninnum more healthy and tasty anu and now it is always a part of our menu. Last kanicha baked chicken nte recipe share chaiyanae 🙂.

One question: do you cook separately for your kids, or do they eat the same meals as you?

I would replace that white idley with a ragi or green gram dosa and that palakkadan potta with some sweet potato or steel cut oats , also oorla kizhang with some sweet potato. Also add an avocado and some berries. Rest all are optimum. Remember no whites, that will ruin your gut biomes .
