    Y’all destroyed this one! Deep in the workout, were you more excited when it was time to plank or hit the movement, since there is no true rest here?

      Good question. The plank felt like “rest” during the sit-ups, then got harder during the deadlifts. During the bike, planks got super tough. So it depends on where in the round you are!
