    Why no one is informing that land has been reallocated to M3M. Everyone has made video about cancelation but no one is ready to give latest update

    Yet again noida has proven to be a dudd...i waited for 15 years to reinvest and now regretting my decision i should have stuck to gurgaon..its our fault knowing UP we invest here ..there is no respect for the common citizen in india... remember these things when you vote this time

    Then why did the Authority gave the land initially and also granted RERA to these projects.?
    if they had to cancel it later , what about sold units now what about buyers ?
    Pure harassment for buyers now.

    appriciate for vedio on this topic.
    though on e tendering I cant agree as I myself have seen rigged tendering in e auctions of pwd, authority tenders of different services. because at the end engineers only decide and verify documents.

    I invested in sector 150 in 2017 and got possession of my unit in 2022. After seeing the CAG episode and subsequent handling of the issue by UP government I would not recommend anyone to ever invest in Noida. Only invest where you are valued as an investor.

      One order by NA in 2021 declared my property illegal overnight then what's the point of calculating return. I feel yaha bhi yahi hoga.

      This is black money project. Expect court case for next 5 years with all money stuck and promoter in jail.

    Noida Authority ke Residential plots ki ebid me mai akela bidder tha aur Maine sirf 10,000 rupey upar me allotment leli.
    Noida Authority bakchodi kar Rahi hai , Paisa nahi Mila hoga khaane ko.

    Saurabh ji aap achhi vedio banate ho, informative vedio banate ho...but aapko patta hai..woh state government ho central government ho dono kaafi achha kaam kar rahe hai real estate ke liye..like 250000000 cr ka real estate ka fund ho ya rera ko ko strictly implementation karna ho...but yeh builder chori krne se baaz nahi aate..aur Noida mein builder aate rahenge....saste rate apni sister company ko bid main baitha Dena aur kam rate par land aquire kar Lena yeh bhi toh galat hai.. authority ke paas jayda profit hoga woh aur achha kam karega

    You forgot and didn't inform towards the end of the video that "Why if Noida is growing a lot, Why multiple builders are not applying for the land allotment and bidding process ? Why the builders are not interested in purchasing land parcels in Noida ?

    Public invest without any research , no fault of builder, trusting a builder is just like trusting a liar, so if investors are suffering , its only because of themselves and no one else including builder to be held wrond , ab jo bewakoof hain , unko bewakoof banane wale ko to main samajhdar hi kahunga na, so live in the luxurious project of M3M in your dreams .

    What a drama? Some good channel partners proposed this project to us also. Thanks god I believe only on grade A builder like Godrej and Tata for investment. Question is why Rera approved it ?

    These builders are now playing together with authority. They have already decided ki kahan pe kaun biding lgayega, in this way compititor aa hi nhi rha, aur en builders ko saste rate me mil ja rha. Now problem ye hai ki, builders ko tou saste rate pe mil rha, but ye customers ko high rate me bech rhe, agr M3M ko ye allotment saste me mili just bcoz of no compititor then M3M should sale units in reasonable rate. Authority is not currupt, these builders are cheater, they are helping currupted people to adjust black money.

    Noida authority and RERA both are corrupted. They never coordinate to each other Why sector 150 noida issue is not resolved and how builder start the construction if it defined a sport sector. Why they give RERA and why they do not check the checklist before government approval. And why the land is divided on amoung builders.

    Can authorities and govt be so insensitive toward people and companies?
    Rather than checking their own processes they have put everyone in jeopardy. After Jaypee, Supertech and other builders of the past, this will be another debacle now. One of the important reasons why Noida Real Estate couldn't grow the way it could have been. One can't trust UP or Noida authorities.
    This is highly insensitive from the authorities and will turn away both developers and investors from the Noida market again. Should the builder and buyers be penalised for this action or the people from authority?
