I invested in sector 150 in 2017 and got possession of my unit in 2022. After seeing the CAG episode and subsequent handling of the issue by UP government I would not recommend anyone to ever invest in Noida. Only invest where you are valued as an investor.

These builders are now playing together with authority. They have already decided ki kahan pe kaun biding lgayega, in this way compititor aa hi nhi rha, aur en builders ko saste rate me mil ja rha. Now problem ye hai ki, builders ko tou saste rate pe mil rha, but ye customers ko high rate me bech rhe, agr M3M ko ye allotment saste me mili just bcoz of no compititor then M3M should sale units in reasonable rate. Authority is not currupt, these builders are cheater, they are helping currupted people to adjust black money.
Noida authority and RERA both are corrupted. They never coordinate to each other Why sector 150 noida issue is not resolved and how builder start the construction if it defined a sport sector. Why they give RERA and why they do not check the checklist before government approval. And why the land is divided on amoung builders.
Can authorities and govt be so insensitive toward people and companies? Rather than checking their own processes they have put everyone in jeopardy. After Jaypee, Supertech and other builders of the past, this will be another debacle now. One of the important reasons why Noida Real Estate couldn't grow the way it could have been. One can't trust UP or Noida authorities. This is highly insensitive from the authorities and will turn away both developers and investors from the Noida market again. Should the builder and buyers be penalised for this action or the people from authority?

One order by NA in 2021 declared my property illegal overnight then what's the point of calculating return. I feel yaha bhi yahi hoga.
