I have a surface pro with a bitlocker on because I don't remember the password i press the power and up volume bottom and what I get his the red line with a lock on top of the screen and I inserted the sub with windows 10 and nothing happened . Can you help please

Im being told that the selected disk is not an MBR disk. The ACTIVE can only be used on fixed MBR disks. Im using a microsoft surface book. Please help. Cant i do this on a gui interface?

Luis Almiron bueno nunca he sabido si el bitlocker de las computadoras está activo o no activo, simplemente se los quito u funciona. Eso si no las conecto al internet por cuestiones de que no se si son computadoras 🐀 simplemente se las entregó al cliente y ya ellos saben que hacer con ellas. Entonces nunca supe si estaba activo o no el bitlocker y hasta la fecha no me han regresado ninguna computadora que tuviera bitlocker y pues ojalá esto responda tu pregunta

Also, I have a surface pro 6 128gb, that doesn't allow me to enter recovery, tried holding shift, and restart etc but it just restarts, doesn't got to blue screen.
Download the iso on Google, type windows 10 for surface and you see the Microsoft page. Select your version of w10 for your surface, asking you for your surface model number and download.
When you finish downloading the windows 10 and put this on USB. Insert the USB on your surface .
Press and hold volume down + power. Or volume up + power and you see the recovery page and follow the steps
