i did it for 40 minutes every day for 3 months and it really worked, i had back pain after a small accident and took a month off from training but my belly barely grew. thank you🙏❤🙏🙏

Completed the workout with modifications (not fit enough to do lunges or squats yet so just did those standing) Calories burned - 470 Max heart rate - 159 (Huawei smart watch, 'free training' setting) - Day 2. Didn't complete workout, cramps and hormones got in the way Burned: 366 cal Max burned: 130 Didn't do lunges, I remained standing. - Day 3. Completed workout. Attempted lunges and also walked in 1 spot in between workouts. Burned: 527 cal. Max heart rate: 149

We try to do Mizi work out, it is the best . I love all her sessions they are all good . And totally doable. May God bless this incredible lady. No unwanted talk, she concentrates only on her work out moves, I appreciate that so much.
I lost around 7 inch on my waist after trying this workout for 6 days. No changes on my daily meals, appropriate amount of foods no sugary drinks no fast food and I do intermittent fasting. I do see some changes on my body, might get better result with proper diet plan as well. Disclaimer: my body is familiar with Mizi's workout as i follow 3-4 of her legs and abs workout for almost a year hence there's no muscle pain. Fantastic workout. Even though I'm 39, I don't prefer very high-intensity, fast-paced workouts. The entire workout is even-paced, doable, and is really effective. Plus free of any kind of equipment. Love it. Thank you so much and may I be blessed with the consistency to do this workout regularly. 🙏

Hi, I'm doing this workout for the first time... and without a break, I could go for 33 minutes. I follow multiple workout channels since 2021 and so to come across yours this late was a surprise and I guess algorithms I don't know. Nonetheless, as someone who enjoys working out daily, I can say that this is great and I can feel I'm sore in certain areas where it wasn't like that a day ago.. so I'm taking that in a good way. I'LL CONTINUE THIS ONE FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT AND THEN WILL UPDATE HERE... thanks.

This is good! Just keep adding a minute every three days or so. I cannot do all 50 minutes in one go, so now I do it the first 10 minutes, then rest, then another 10 minutes, etc. I’ll keep you company
Tbh, I tried doing these belly fat exercises last November but could not even do 5 minutes, so I switched to the slim arm exercises, then the bra bulge and fat back exercises, which I also could do only 5 minutes at a time. But by December I was able to complete the arm exercises. Now that I am feeling stronger, I just started the belly fat exercises. I know I will probably take a month to complete all 50 minutes but it’s worth it!

I am 55 and after covid plus dealing with health issues I am trying to get back into shape..this is very intense, so happy I don't have to do floor excersises and its easy to follow.... Just started your challenge today. I really like how your workouts are tailored articulatory… After having covid then long covid, my workout rates have slowed down dramatically, this helped without constant jumping up and down. I’ll be doing this coupled with a healthy balanced diet… Sure worked up a sweat, was slightly weak on the lunges!!! thanks Mizi
Started from 6-6-2022 weight 59 with some belly fat waist 31 inches target 28-29 inches let's see what happens in 7 days..let's get started tadaa😉 Day-1 finished all exercises✅( started sweating a lot in 30 min only) Day-2 finished all exercises ✅ Day-3 finished all exercises ✅ Day-4 finished all exercises ( can notice slight change in my waist area)
I just started doing this workout I like because no equipment needed which very convenient for me. Thank you for doing this video I stopped at 32:50 cause I don't think I can go on. I will be doing this every other day. Thank you again.

This is my 3rd day doing this, I'm still not able to finish it all the way through, I can only get through 43 min. 😂 But its way more effective than I thought and I continue to push myself more and more ❤️

This was an amazing work out, Thank you for posting this. I am 55 and after covid plus dealing with health issues I am trying to get back into shape..this is very intense, so happy I don't have to do floor excersises and its easy to follow.... I am looking to do the other full body video's that you have posted.

Just started your challenge today. I really like how your workouts are tailored articulatory… After having covid then long covid, my workout rates have slowed down dramatically, this helped without constant jumping up and down. I’ll be doing this coupled with a healthy balanced diet… Sure worked up a sweat, was slightly weak on the lunges!!! thanks Mizi
Started from 6-6-2022 weight 59 with some belly fat waist 31 inches target 28-29 inches let's see what happens in 7 days..let's get started tadaa😉
Day-1 finished all exercises✅( started sweating a lot in 30 min only)
Day-2 finished all exercises ✅
Day-3 finished all exercises ✅
Day-4 finished all exercises ( can notice slight change in my waist area)
How reduced
From 68.9 to 66.55 in just 5 days of work out and diet. I love this !!! 🥰
