It’s a common misconception that burglary is theft. Burglary is actually unlawfully entering a building or structure (used to be breaking and entering) with the intention to commit a felony therein. So the mother pretending to be a student to enter the school is the first part, and her beating up the teacher is the second part.

I have a brother in middle school who has a teacher that has called him out his name , admitted to it and the school did nothing . He then talked back eventually and he got in trouble , the school did nothing . The teacher and school were completely wrong in this situation . Her actions were wrong also though . Her daughter will learn things from this , and also know that moms got their back . A solution is to teach your child to protect themselves , or actually disciplined bullying in school so there's no retaliation .

It's a lot like the case where the guy got fired for protecting himself from being robbed at a fast food spot once he saw that one of the guys had a fake gun after being stuck with it . my friend, who's a teacher has had close calls almost like this. AFAIK, she's never been assaulted, but moms/parents have come angry to her class cause their child is failing.

My hubby and I had our sneakers on at the school regarding our child. We sat, observed, and approached the parent (Dad) to prove an assertive warning. No issues from that day. Some parents do not know or feel it isn't as important. Sad for this teacher.

I have been through it with mine. I understand it. You go to the school for solutions and they don't care. Then when your child react and defend themselves, they are punished. She probably felt you ignore her bullying. But care so hard about her being out of place.

This isn’t going to stop the bullying. As a former teacher, it’s draining work and in a lot of schools teachers can’t even take bullies out of classrooms anymore. I literally tried to plead with my assistant principal to take an aggressive child out the room and she wouldn’t let me remove them! Teachers hands be tied. Now the mom got something on her record. I live in Texas, and unfortunately that means teachers are legally allowed to be armed and a LOT do. The daughter’s lies could have easily got her mom deleted. I go by the rule ALL kids lie. As an adult/parent it’s on you to get the full picture before making a move. Did the mother contact and talk to the teacher first? Sounds more like her daughter made her crash out, do better parenting and communicate with your child’s teachers to know how they are performing in school socially and academically. 9 times out of ten they give a better picture of how your child is doing

Nah, I have to agree with mom. I had a situation years ago where a NY teacher pinched my young child. School administration did nothing and were not interested until I headed to the classroom to confront the teacher. Amazingly, the administrators called the police on me and called CPS. The outcome changed real quick when I obtained the services of a litigator. NY public schools are something else. I was so glad when I got the h3ll out of NY and never looked back.
As somebody who grew up in the SCSD… I personally understand…. Syracuse Public school teachers are big proponents for the Public School to Prison Pipeline… Those teachers and Admin Staff really don’t care about the kids

This reminds me of some of the stuff kids used to say back when I was that young. For the life of me I just don't understand how someone could spend hours teaching your child so they may be better in life tomorrow and you would allow your child to disrespect that person or you would want to disrespect that person. Like the lack of respect that some people have is astonishing. I'm wondering if there's more to the story cause if the child was getting bullied why is the teacher being attacked so viciously. I was in the fourth grade & Mrs. Silverman white teacher & as children we thought she was mean if you forgot or didn’t do your homework then you got the paddle. Well Larry Pope Mother came to the school & slapped Mrs. Silverman so hard she hit the floor & didn’t get up. When she finally came back to work months later she never spanked another child again & we saw a different side of her. She was actually nice & caring after that assault. I’m 55 now , but I will never forget that.

What are you teaching your child that it's okay to beat someone up, what kind of job will you have who will hire you. Cause i don't want someone like that in my job. What grandmother will always say big words and hurting there pockets is better. I teach my kids those are words cause the ones that talk about you will be the first one in jail and have so many babies and always stand up dor yourself. Cause if they can smell weakness they will keep coming. So sad, i pray as a black community we will do so much better. Cause they are laughing at us daily !!!!
