      @@burns281981 if a parent made a homemade concoction of anything in an unsealed bottle and gave it to their child to give to my child and pass it off as Gatorade, and I find out about it, there’s no telling what I would do. The mom isn’t the only one who will go into protective mode for their child, but I’m coming after the parent. We don’t know for sure if she didn’t put something more in that unsealed drink. Toilet water, vaginal discharge, spit, etc. If a grown a*s woman is willing to do that for revenge, I wouldnt be surprised if she used some of the extra ingredients I mentioned. She would never admit she put the things I mentioned in the concoction as well. Now if you say “well he shouldn’t have stolen the drink originally,” of course kids shouldn’t steal, but we don’t know if he took it for sure unless he admitted it or was caught. She could just be taking her kid’s word. I work in a school, and these kids lie all the time. Even bullies. When I was a sub, I had a student who admitted to me that she told her mom someone was bullying her and her mom came to the school and raised hell to defend her, but she said little does her mom know, she was actually the bully. The girl thought it was funny too. We don’t know for sure if the other kid is actually a bully/ liar, and we don’t know if he took the drink or sure. Some parents believe their kids, even when their kid is actually in the wrong or left out part of the story. It’s you who doesn’t prioritize critical thinking.

I have a student that recently admitted to me that she did this and her parents came to the school raising hell to protect her. She said little do they know, she’s actually the bully. And she says this with a smile on her face. Parent wasn’t there so they have no clue what role their child played and if their child is telling the truth. Some kids just say things to get someone else in trouble or to cover their own bullying up so they don’t get in trouble. This is one of the reasons parents should not come in and exact revenge on children. Plus, it’s unhinged. You go to the parents and administration, and maybe police. You don’t touch, hit, or poison a child. This is crazy. To make excuses for it is crazy too. Now the mother has to learn by going to prison. That means she made a bad decision.

      The intention of it and the fact that the kid got sick, my guess.
      Yeah, maybe the kid shouldn't be picking on other kids, but the reality is that kids will kind of be dickheads to each other or in general. You can raise your kids to be amazing people, but that doesn't stop other people from being crappy parents and doing a crappy job at parenting

    • @KennyBucketz
      @KennyBucketz 7 месяцев назад +1

      Are you serious? She put ingredients together in a bottle of Gatorade and told her child to give it to him pretending it’s Gatorade when it’s really not. Even if she put kool-aid in there, she should go to prison since she doesn’t know if he’s allergic to one of the ingredients. He sees the nutrition facts and may know he can drink kool-aid but might have and allergy to whatever she put in the bottle. Then on top of that, the drink she gave him landed him in the hospital. How do you know she didn’t put something else nasty in there that she’s not admitting to? You really think she’d volunteer that she used toilet water or out vaginal discharge in it? Of course she’ll say “everything I put in there is non-toxic. Trust me, I’m a nurse.” No, you’re an unhinged parent taking revenge on a 10 year old. Prison fits the crime.
      And crazy thing is, she doesn’t even know if that kid really stole his Gatorade unless he admitted it or was caught. I work in a school. There’s kids who claim they’re being bullied but really they’re the bullies and sometimes when they get hit by “the bully,” it’s because they hit them first. I have a student who admitted to me that she tells her parents she’s getting bullied and her mom comes to the school raising hell to defend her but little do they know, she’s actually the bully. Another reason why you don’t come in and attack kids or make concoctions or poison…some kids lie and you weren’t there to see what went down.

      @KennyBucketz 7 месяцев назад

      @@Hollendaryy4064 using your logic you could use the same logic and say he’s stupid for drinking something that his bullying victim handed to him to drink. Kids aren’t the smartest people in the world, especially at 10. Their brains aren’t fully developed yet and they have lapses in critical thinking and decision-making. The alleged bullying victim had a lapse in judgement by listening to his mom and giving his alleged bully the concoction. Even the mom had a lapse in critical thinking, judgement and decision-making by giving her son that concoction to give to the kid. She’s probably going to prison. She lucky his parents didn’t bust her head to the white meat. Anyways, her kid could be a bully or a liar and he might’ve thought the wrong kid stole his drink. I’ve been doing digging and I haven’t read that the bullying has been substantiated. Who knows though. Whether the kid was bullying her kid or not, or whether he stole the drink or not, his mom should be in prison.

      How do we know he’s really a bully? And how do we know it was him who took the Gatorade? Had he not given it to the kid, then we’d know who the true culprit was. That would still be wrong though. Also it would still be a crime (even though they’d have a possible alibi). Booby traps are illegal and planting that concoction with the intent that a thief will drink it and be deterred/punished is a crime. The only reason that mother's in jail is because she instructed her son to give the drink to the bully. Had she just let him steal it again, no one would be in jail, and the bully would have learned his lesson.

    The rare time i justify this DOTD. Schools want to turn a blind eye to bullying and if the victim stands up for themselves they get punished more than the bully this is why kids getting homeschooled.

      Mind you this was in a school restroom setting and we in middle school.
      Pretty much almost kind of harassment, that is used to negatively interact with a peer as to abuse someone is a form bullying.
      So I guess, you wanna retract that optimism mentality, cause I bet you were looking at it through your lens.
