I have eczema, acne, and rosacea. Numbuzin No.1 sunscreen is my go to. It’s soothing and doesn’t irritate my skin at all.

Me too as niacinamide irritates my skin and a alot of Suncare

@@sonyaryan6669 so you can’t use cerave product then? I can’t use cerave as they irritate my skin and I assume is the niacinamide in that as some people are very sensitive to it. I use Avene products, they are the best for my skin. I am prescribed to use Azelaic acid once a day at night. My skin barrier was so damaged before, now is good. My night routine: la roche posay hydrating cleanser, avene hydrance light emulsion (it has light fragrance beware), azelaic acid 15% gel (prescribed), avene XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream. My morning routine: avene thermal spring water (I use this to hydrate and “cleanse” my face instead of water, just spray a good layer of it massage it in my bare face and wipe it off with clean soft washcloth or paper towel, then I spray a light layer just to feel good :) then I put in the avene hydrance light emulsion, and then the numbuzin sunscreen. It took me good 6 weeks to complete repair my skin barrier to have no irritation when I put on the azelaic acid. When I first did this routine, it was stinging and itching like crazy! But I trusted the process and now I think my skin is happy 😊 got to trust the process. I’ve tried cerave, la roche posay, but avene is the game changer for me. La roche posay cicaplast balm is a great one as well if I need some extra help. In summer, I put the thermal spring water in the fridge, it’s a treat for my skin and it feels so good! I spray it whenever I need it. That is also a game changer for me. And I change out pillow case twice a week now. I am suspecting the demodex mites is part of what’s causing my rosacea issues, I want to try adding in ivermectin lotion to my routine but haven’t got the lotion yet lol but changing out the pillow case helps me too. Just sharing what I do personally, hope it helps if any.

I use every single one of these except the 'tone-up' types. They're all in rotation on my shelf. I use HaruHaru and d'Alba when my skin is feeling dry, so for me, not as often as the others. The Skin1004 finishes a bit more glowy than the others. My very favorite of all time is Numbuzin No 1.😃 Round Lab is lovely and I use it second most often. Thanks, Dr. Liu! You just reviewed some of my faves. (I still love and use the OG BOJ, too...even tho it's not as 'hot' anymore.)✌️💚🩵💜

I have tried most of these. The chemical Birch juice is great but the Tinosorb M makes my third application generally start to look a bit white-speckley. Same for the Skin1004. I’ve been pleased to see the latest generation of Tinosorb M-free sunscreens launched and have already discovered some hits. Bliv:U is excellent, as is the P Calm Water Barrier sunscreen. I also love the Abib Sedum Hyaluron sunscreen.

I am combo/oily and I LOVE haruharu sunscreen. It’s amazing as a makeup primer too. (I skip moisturizer in the am). I’ve tried all the ones you covered except D’Alba and I enjoy Skin1004 and PCalm is also another one I love for my skin. Also oddly the Biore UV Aqua Rich for a water resistant option. Again this is for combo/oily and with skipping moisturizer.

Hi Dr Liu. I'm new to your channel. Can you please do videos on 2 things for me, please? I have hand eczema. It comes and goes. It gets worse when I use my hands to put things on my face so I've been looking at things that maybe won't require me to touch all the serum, moisturiser, sunscreen, cleaners with my hands. Can you recommend like collagen moisturiser balm in stick type? I would also like to know if it's worth buying handheld devises that vibrates and claims to help serums to absorb better. Thank you!!
