    Bonjour, au top votre recette ! Quel mode de cuisson utilisez-vous ( normal ou chaleur tournante ) pour cuir vos fonds de tarte ?
    le beurre doit t-il être encore froid ou a température ambiante avant de le mélanger à la farine sucre svp ?

    Salve. Ho fatto questa crostata., ma qualcosa nn e andata bene., la crema al mascarpone. Nn e rimasta così solida. Mi può dire.,,, (. Ci va colla di pesce?). Grazie se mi risponde.

      It should be caused by excessive temperature. Both mascarpone and liquid cream must be refrigerated for at least 4 hours, and they must be removed and used as soon as possible.
      Dovrebbe essere causato da una temperatura eccessiva. Sia il mascarpone che la crema liquida devono essere refrigerati per almeno 4 ore e devono essere rimossi e utilizzati il prima possibile.

    Please help. I'm doing this now and the dough is super sticky. is it supposed to be very sticky and I just put in the refrigerator or I keep in kneading until its not sticky? HELP!!

      This is because the dough temperature is too high. Take out the dough, seal it and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

      @@M.Patisserie I flattened and put in the ref again to relax the dough. but when I placed in the pie plate, it broke apart. Is it the humidity? I did exact measurements

      The pie tasted soooo good!!! Love it! But the crust is soggy. I will do this again tomorrow. I have further questions:
      1. Do I blind bake to make crust crunchier?
      2. Should I change to all purpose flour, how will it affect the crust?

      You are brave to bake in August in the Philippines. Too hot for me to cook on the stove let alone put the oven on. Humidity and altitude affect how baked items turn out.

      Désolé, j'ai raté le beurre dans la recette. Le beurre fait 150g.

      Je l'ai oublié dans la liste des ingrédients. Ce devrait être 150 g de beurre.
