Excel & Office 365's new features: Feb 24 semi-annual update

Microsoft 365 releases new updates each month, but the semi annual channel gets 6m worth of updates in a moment, this session's updates includes tracking:
Excel: Track changes cell by cell, paste values shortcut, enter phone number starting with 0 without errors, updates to cross file linking, a new script editor and an image inside a cell
Word: Show high contrast colours only, new track changes and spell check options
Outlook: Emoji react to email, try the new Outlook, and notifications pane
OneNote: Draw to shapes, and new view options.
