Your hair looks beautiful. Everyone talking about about relaxers and cancer, should also be aware that a lot of the cosmetics we use and food and drink we consume can also cause cancer. If you choose to be natural or relax your hair it’s your choice and no judgements should be made. 😊

But there is a direct link between relaxers and cancer. This is why a lot of these hair companies are facing class action lawsuits. There have been numerous reports of people developing uterine cancer after years of product use. Just because it’s not effecting you now, don’t mean your safe in the future.

@@tiffanysilvera6691actually if you do some research hair dyes are more likely to cause cancer. Yet the entire world uses it. There are so many things I can list that are more likely to cause cancer than relaxers. And the only reason relaxers are a risk is when people burn their scalp and the product gets into their blood stream.

    • @AmyChanChi

@@tiffanysilvera6691Well I hope you don’t drink dark soda, or use anything that has petroleum jelly in it, stand near microwaves etc. Because those are ALSO linked to cancer.

@dnnadae6160 relaxer is a form of "texturizure" so it changes the texture of ur hair .... if u have previously relaxed hair then this method is correct because it's only a "touch up" but if not u must relax ur entire hair otherwise ur roots will be extra straight and the rest of ur hair will be whatever ur natural texture is so it depends on the look ur trying to achieve .... ♡ relaxing ur entire hair is to prevent having coarsee ends with a straight root ♡ I guess this is why the box clearly says for "professional" use only 😅😊❤🎉
