I’m not too sure but Now would be A good time to ask your army recruiter. There might be a medical waiver that can be submitted on your behalf but I’m not too sure about that one
Hmm That’s a good one. Depending on how long your reserve contract is will ultimately determine how long you have to wait to go back to the IRR. I’m not sure if there is any other way back in the IRR voluntarily 🤔
Do you have any advice for a newly promoted SGT that would like to become a recruiter in the next 3-5 years is there anything I could be doing right now that might help my chances to get it as broadening assignment or possibly volunteering to do it
Congratulations on your promotion to SGT! Just try to get as much leadership experience as you can under your belt. The better the leader you are and the more personable you are with people will help you when you are a recruiter. You’ll be speaking with a lot of young students and young adults and if you are squared away yet personable, people will gravitate towards you which makes your job a lot easier as a recruiter! Then I’d recommend volunteering to be a recruiter so you can have the option to choose where you’d like to be sent to! Hope this helps battle, BeBlessed
Since you’re DA select, it’s a long shot but you do get a wish list in ARC. Below the wishlist you have a comment section box that you can request where you’d like to go (to the powers that be) and they may take it in consideration honestly
It’s the positivity and encouragements for me 👑
Thank you🙏🏽 Good vibes only!
Just found your page and I needed this positivity in my life due to being DA selected, you definitely got my sub bro

Any tips for getting stationed somewhere you want as a DA selected recruiter?
