Orbital drop shock Troopers were deployed in New Mombasa to help fight the covenant. The covenant found a vital object that would help them. This object was in New Mombasa. I haven’t played Halo in a while, so my lore has got behind and I’ve forgotten what they were looking for.
I know it looks ridiculous, but be honest the recruitment centers would have lines stretching all across the cities if this stuff would become reality. Plus it would be really sweet.
Actually it's the other way around. First this technology isn't new, only newly declassified. When DARPA for example has a super secret advanced new toy, they leak it into the entertainment industry, movie, TV, Video games and music videos. If anybody tries to blow the whistle on it, they'll be accused of being a poser. And conveniently, 3 or 4, decades later it becomes public.
The US army: Damnnn. We ain't getting enough recruits. Guess we better make an advert for tech we will never have in the near future! That's sure to make them join!
They actually already have a prototype for something extremely similar to this but it currently needs a giant battery or hydraulic system thing. Once they get rid of the heavy battery and hydraulics I’m assuming the elite troops will get it and ya
Kidnapping? Well it saved us right? It’s obvious the S-4s will never be anything more than bullet sponges for me. They are a downgrade. Not nearly as many augmentations having to sprint and lower their weapon (Bro, Spartan-IIs and IIIs constantly sprint, the speed Madter Chief moved at in Combat evolved, to Halo 3 (Full speed.) was Master Chief Sprinting, that’s why I say Halo Infinite should give us options. If we’re a Spartan 2 make us automatically the same speed as a Sprinting S-4 without sprinting, instead turn the sprint where you lower your gun, into a armor ability like it was in Reach, since it’s more of a speed boost than actual sprint. Leave S-4s the inferior cocky kids they are now.
Trick question. Nuclear weaponry would destroy everything and potentially result in mutually assured destruction. Which is why no-one uses them. So soldiers of the future would win, hands down.

I love the “health status monitoring”. We’re bringing video games to life, fellers.
