Every barber I have worked with have an excellent customer service skills and did decent fade according to face shape but guess what none of them were fully booked even though they have been in the game for more than 2 years. You points are very very generic and doesn’t explain how you can get up to 6 figures

@@Jordianperez clients who doesn’t like to book in advance and some times they will ask to cut more and more on the top just so they don’t have to come back for another month or so. Mind that the town has very low population. These are really major issue I face, I don’t struggle with cuts, I don’t struggle with customer experience but I still have to see days where I am not booked at all because. clients are just saving money by coming back once every month or 2 month instead of 2-3 weeks
