The logical part of my brain knows this has to be for fun, but then the part of my brain that works for a large Firm, and has interviewed younger folks, can see this being frighteningly real :) All that's missing is his Mom joining in on the call.
I know the context - how NOT to do an interview... LOL!!! Although I believe this is a skit, I just have a gut feeling interviews just like this have occurred. 😂🤪
Oh they have. I interviewed someone once who even though we posted the pay of 26 an hour came in asked for 40 an hour than was offended when we told them they were not a good fit
I have been so depressed the last couple months and I find it hard to just get through my day and watching this video really really made me laugh so hard for the first time and I don't know how long. I am so happy you put this on your channel cuz I would have never found it otherwise. It really brought my mindset up
Sarah I have fought depression as well. It’s a hard fight but you are around friends, I also find joy in the little moments like this. Focus on today and go talk to a professional. I find that helped me! Much love and god bless.
I a number of years ago had an Indian who had been in the UK since his childhood, his degree and PhD were from a bogus university in India. We brought him in for an interview, he couldn't answer any questions about psychology and couldn't even inform us which state of India the university he claims to of attended was in. He was unhappy with us that we questioned him about psychological issues, yet the job he applied for was for a psychologist with minimum of 10 years experience. Obviously he didn't get the job and we also posted all hospitals and the board of psychology his name and photograph. But people claiming to of attended universities in India has ballooned over the past number of decades, and some even have their own mental health practices in the US and Canada.
I've conducted an interview for a programing job and the guy sat a few feet from the screen with a blurry cam and lip synched as someone else answered our questions. I wish that wasn't true. I also interviewed someone who got answers typed to him as we inteviewed. It was amazing how he woild start by saying he didn't know how to handle trimming leading zeroes to explaining the exact code within a minute. Very impressive.
This is like a recent Judge Porter video where a guy took his blind date to court for $300. It was a really funny "what not to do on a blind date" video.
I believe this is no skit. Different cultures and ethnic backgrounds communicate differently for sure. I think the interviewer was taken aback with the interviewee’s directness. 😂😂😂😂
Diversity interviews im sure go like this This guy's gotta be the number one draft pick in africa for employment cause, I don't understand how this interview went for so long.

We need extra security at mikes law firm and home 😂😂
This was funny as heck! It definately was a skit, but as another said, I am sure some interviews have gone along these lines.
I’m familiar with the comedian. I’ve seen his other skits but is the interviewer in on the joke? 🤔
Immaculate comedy 😂

I literally watched the first few seconds and had to stop. The second hand cringe took me out!😂
This is deff fake! Nobody in charge of a job interview would go through this intervirew this long.. what a waste of time
I went to Harvard , Yale, Oxford and Cambridge!
Mike my daughter does a lot of interviewing for the company she works for. This is quite the norm in South Africa 😅😅

Years ago I interviewed someone and after a disastrous half hour I was drawing things to a polite conclusion when she told me she’d need a lift home…
🤦♂️😂
Holy wow 😂😂 that was messed up 😂😂 can’t tell you how much I needed this !! Mike laughing made it that much better. 😂 this guy is never getting a job.
Me too needed that laugh so he hasn't got a chance then 😂😂😂
@@SueD-mb5xgoh my god this guy is going to be calling and emailing a few times a day - no personal awareness. 😂

Definitely scripted, but funny as heck.
