I don't even think something is physically wrong with me, I am afraid of panic itself. I'm scared to feel it. I have avoided it for a long time, and now can't get myself to do things that make me panic anymore.

Anxiety is just a fear of future event. So to overcome anxiety one talks to one's body and explains how it is going to handle the future event. This calms the body and one can jump the future event cleanly. I suffer from GAD because I went to a Jesuit school when I was 5 and 6. They put huge fear on me of wrong doing. Just giving my opinion was wrong doing. I've been able to overcome this by constantly exposing myself to just irrational fears.

Brother, lots of love from bangladesh 🇧🇩 I don't know how to thank you properly. Your this video just flipped my fear and changed my mental condition and changed my life. Trust me, I watched more than 50+ videos for removing my fear. But again trust me, No one could understood the problem and remove my fear as much as you did. For continuous 25 days of irregular pain attack, My life was like hell. I couldn't sleep properly for the last 25 day. Last day, I saw your video and got enough motivation that I am properly ok. Believe me, I got back continuous 6hr sleep in night after 25 days. After waking up, I am so much happy and writing this comment. I was feeling chest toghtness and severe breathing issue. At first, I thought it was problem with asthma because i alreday had allergic rhynitis and sinusitis problem.I tried some asthma medication, but in next 5 days my condition worsened more. Then, I was forced to go to a hospital. In severe breathing issue, trust me my oxygen saturation was 99%. Then dr. Prescribed me some asthma medication along with one panic attack medicine(7days). Next 7 days, I was better due to that sedative medicine. But when i stopped that sleeping pill, I got my worst nightmare back. Then I realized my problem was with anxiety. Maybe, I was frustrated with several issue along with Covid-19. I think, Fear of Covid-19 made it worse. For the last 10 days, I was having panic attack more than 4-5 panic attacks a day. I don't know, maybe more because i was always in fear. In this time, I was starting to find solution by searching internet. I tried some meditative and exercise technique. I started to try all of them. I was feeling little better during day time but nights were still nightmare. I was awake about 3-4 times during night. Then finally found your video that brougt serious calm in my mind. Finally. I feel like I am able to back in my normal life and I am okay.
May god bless you, may your family be always good.
Thank from the bottom of my heart my handsome brother ❤❤❤

For relief from anxiety sit on a chair or on the ground with back and spine erect and do the simple alternate nostril breathing meditation if possible twice a day for 5-10 minutes. This reprogrames the mind. Watch the videos on You tube to see how it is done. It is very simple. After completing the inhalation-exhalation do not get up-Be still and sit for at least 5 -10 minutes without moving observing your breath and body sensations. Negative thoughts will reduce. Thank you man. A couple of days ago I felt like I was going to die, my head was heavy and it felt like if I went to bed I was going to die. This has never happened to me, I am young, not even in my twenties, and I really didn't have anxiety. It was a weird experience, it felt like my brain chemistry was all messed up. This video gave me a few points. First, the part of my brain that fires up and makes me feel so hopeless and that feels so severe that it makes me think I would have physiological problems like depression, isn't supposed to function like that. This part of my brain, the amygdala is truly giving me JUST suggestions. Its like a friend, it gives good advice, but oversteps its boundaries and it could be too much. I don't fear my own brain and these symptoms too much anymore. Thanks again.

Even if I pull over, they never really “pass.” And as soon as I get back on the road, I have another panic attack. But you’re saying the symptoms will become desensitized with practice over time?

@@rogerm7980 There is a solution to every problem only if we make some effort. For relief from anxiety sit on a chair or on the ground with back and spine erect and do the simple alternate nostril breathing meditation if possible twice a day for 5-10 minutes. This reprogrames the mind. Watch the videos on You tube to see how it is done. It is very simple. After completing the inhalation-exhalation do not get up-Be still and sit for at least 5 minutes without moving observing your breath and body sensations. . Negative thoughts will reduce. Make meditation a daily habit and enjoy life. It has to be done with feeling and passion. Shyaaam Sir-Mentor-Counselor.
