Perfect solution.. I was exceptionally frustrated because after a few hours of shooting, some of the videos came through, some came through with no audio, and some were completely corrupted and unplayable on the computer.
This fixed all of the issues!! Kinda weird to me that one would need software to make a simple transfer but I appreciate the insight

Hi There, Thanks so much for the information! I have a question. What if my video that I saved is not appearing in the folder in which I saved it in. I downloaded my video multiple times and the download was successful but it is still not appearing anywhere that is apparent. Am I missing something? Is it saving elsewhere that I do not know of? I have the same problem with my EOS R50 and downloaded the program but the videos still won't play on media player and worse when I use open shot video player to edit the video all the color is gone from the video that I downloaded from my camera. I am ready to sell my camera and change to another brand!
