I usually hate leg day because it's like, "Great, 20 minutes of some variation of a lunge," so I get bored pretty quickly. The way this workout was structured with that giant set kept me engaged and thoroughly enjoying leg day. By the time the giant set was finished, I couldn't believe the workout was over halfway over--it went by so quick!! I truly enjoyed this format, and I hope to see more leg day circuits like this in the future...it rocked!!!
I am away in a hotel full of people my age ¬ i am 69 ie 60,70 ,80's I do an hour in the pool daily swimming 3 k, plus I do Sydneys workouts on my outdoor terrace in the hope that some of the people who walk by will be inspired to put a little exercise into their lives too. I love how Sydney throws in a random challenge and prefaces it by saying, "I'm sure you guessed this was coming." Nope. I am definitely not thinking of ways to make these workouts more challenging. They are tough enough on their own, but I feel like a beast when I complete her "extra" challenge. I love working out with Sydney and all the little things that make her fun and unique.

I did not want to do a workout today. It’s so easy to just say nah I don’t want to. But like Sydney said today, “You know you feel better later”. I have to convince myself everyday that this hour of time I dedicate to workout/cooldown is so much more worth it than the “rest” I’ll get or having negative thoughts later. I’ve done every workout so far this month and I’m so proud of myself! Let’s get this last week done together everyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️
You won't hear me say this often but OMGosh can we please stick with 2 rounds of each. I LOVED it. Knowing there was only 2 rounds of lunges cheered me right up and another workout without Bulgarian squats is another fantastic workout. 👏
These workouts have gotten me through an incredibly tough year and I am so beyond grateful. I have always enjoyed exercising and working hard but having Sydney coach me through workouts feels like having an equally dedicated buddy next to me the whole time 💚

I was finally able to start with my 15lbs and go to my 20lbs for walking lunges! I am still working on my hips with my physio, so it has been quite the journey but today I felt strong and prepared enough to go up and succeed. I am SO happy. Thank you again, Sydney! This was great! For anyone who doesn't have bands with them, if you're trying desperately to pinch a dumbbell behind your knee for the last circuit but it keeps slipping, I'd recommend flexing your foot (pulling your toes back towards your shin). It helps a lot!!! Great job team! 💪
I have to be honest with myself. Yesterday workout, I was not all in. Today is a new day and I gave my all. Love the workout. I think Thursday I will redo Yesterday workout.

The extra 15 seconds in this pump program really are making a difference for me. I feel the blood pumping in my muscles and the mind-body connection and I can also see the results in greater definition. I love that each month has a different focus.

I can't believe how fast Pump is going, I don't want it to end!! That giant set was my favorite, it had so much fun variety to it that you kept pushing yourself because the variety kept you from getting too in your head...at least that's what it did for me! Happy weekend everyone!

Ok so…. I absolutely hate leg day!! But, can I just say this was the strongest my legs have ever felt!! My squats were low and chest high and I wasn’t burning out as quickly as I usually do!!! Feeling way stronger in my quads!!! Thank you again you are awesome!! 💕💪🏼
