- How to Make Gears of War cosplay chest armor out of Foam! In this series I will be creating Marcus Fenix's armor from Gear of War 1 & 2. Plus with the new Gears of War E Day videos game announcement this armor is sure to be a hit at your next comicon. In this particular video I am showing the belt, wrist, and shin armor. Painting is always my favorite part of the process and it requires lots and lots of layers please watch the other videos and paint these parts the same. I do have free PDF templates of the chest armor available on my website if you'd like to make your own.

I have question though, and an odd one at that. I am looking to make a skullie mask with a lower jaw like a snake- one that can split in the middle. I am hoping I would be able to open the mouth and the split jaws more or less at the same time. I would have asked on your skullie mask videos, but I figured here might be better for visibility!
