I have an Intel Core Duo P8600 MacBook that is 13 years old, it actually has an extegrated graphics card. I run Linux Fedora on it to make it compatible with Java 17 and Minecraft 1.18.1 and with the help of Sodium, Lithium, etc. it runs at identical framerate but with 9 chunks instead of 3.
I remeber playing in my old pc(it was the same processor like this video) first thing to do was to disable running background app. Until this day i keep doing that thing. XD

Hey so basically what you got to do is get forge and get optifine ( they won’t be together yet ) So after you installed both go to your files and put optifine to the mod section on Minecraft file. To get even less FPS get FPS reducer ( search it up to find the installation) then do the same thing you did for optifine. Now you have optifine settings on forge and a FPS reducer which I recommended even with a good or decent pc.
May not work for ddr2 variant since the motherboard and chipset are different and much weaker. here's my motherboard, ram, and chipset: - Varro G41 ddr3 - VGEN 2gb ddr3 800mhz - G41 chipset / intel GMA X4500 / Mobile intel(r) 4 series express chipset family

You should add an extra ddr3 ram on it so it will run better, my pc has 2gb ram with e7500 on it, it was slow in modern standards today so i added extra 2gigs of 1333mhz ssram and it was 2x better. I would be upgrading my motherboard to core 2 quad Q9550 on my 775 socket and maybe some 8gigs 4x2gb dual channel and see how it would run Minecraft maybe pair it some gt730, considering the psu supports up to 500w+, i can oc the processors to probably 3.4-4GHz

you can use windows 10, you can't play games smoothly without a gpu man, but minecraft 6-8 chunks is ok. you should get a GPU first before c2q here's some cheap gpu i recommend: 1. GT 240 1gb ddr3/512mb ddr5 price are less than 20$. good enough for minecraft, gta 5, and cs:go. 2. GT 440 1gb ddr3/512mb ddr5 price around 30$ a little bit better than GT 240. 3. GTX 650 1GB DDR5 for around 45$ literally the best of the cheapest. able to play games like genshin impact, cs:go, overwatch, valorant, Apex Legends, rainbow six smoothly.

If u some more fps go to shader enable internal shader and turn the render quality to 0.5x and shadow quality to 0.5x u may loss some graphics but u get better fps I tried on my low end pc I get 30-40 fps before then I got 60-77 fps.

It's usable but not good, you're gonna find a lot of delay and hiccups here and there, i recommend getting the intel i3 or i5 3rd gen PC instead since they're pretty cheap now and still has decent performance

I am planning of upgrading my cpu to core 2 quad and more 2 gb ram (which sums up to 4 gb total).
I cant add gpu as gt 710 is quiet expensive for me nowadays.(used products is not a option for me, and i am low budget gamer.)
And i am planning on getting my software to windows 7 64 bit or should i go to windows 10?
And now will i be able to play minecraft 1.16 with this new upgrade with optifine and 6-8 chucks at 30+ fps? And what about modern e sport titles like cs go? Can i run these without any gpu?
you can use windows 10, you can't play games smoothly without a gpu man, but minecraft 6-8 chunks is ok.

here's some cheap gpu i recommend:
1. GT 240 1gb ddr3/512mb ddr5
price are less than 20$.
good enough for minecraft, gta 5, and cs:go.
2. GT 440 1gb ddr3/512mb ddr5
price around 30$
a little bit better than GT 240.
3. GTX 650 1GB DDR5 for around 45$ literally the best of the cheapest. able to play games like genshin impact, cs:go, overwatch, valorant, Apex Legends, rainbow six smoothly.

you should also consider getting a better power supply because someday it could explode after around 2 years and affecting the GPU (like seriously).

If u some more fps go to shader enable internal shader and turn the render quality to 0.5x and shadow quality to 0.5x u may loss some graphics but u get better fps I tried on my low end pc I get 30-40 fps before then I got 60-77 fps.
it is already 0.5 since the beginning
also you better turn on the fast rendering option.
When i change the rendering quality to 0.5x ,my screen is bug. when i change it back to 1x ,my screen is normal
@@tubo_channel in above 1.12 or 1.9 idk but we have enable shader with easy render on but in 1.8 like PvP version u can't turn on fast render with shader

It's usable but not good, you're gonna find a lot of delay and hiccups here and there, i recommend getting the intel i3 or i5 3rd gen PC instead since they're pretty cheap now and still has decent performance

@@PricklyPineapplesProductions i mean, it's not bad at all to run Photoshop cs6, i would recommend getting 2 sticks of 4gb(8gb) ram though, but it's only for the G41 motherboard DDR3 variant.
As for gpu, i don't think you even need one for a light work but it is almost a must for a moderate work.
i would recommend mostly nvidia gpu's (for the CUDA, AVOID AMD CARDS) :
gt 630, gt 710, gt 430, gt 240, gt 440, gt 730, gt 640,
GTS 450 (Must have good 6-pin PSU)
Would work GREAT.
You can get like a gt1030, gtx 650, 750 or above, but if you play games you will experience bottleneck sometimes, other than that, it's cool.
