Ethan, in the fire house, the basement bathroom had a sauna and that's where the fire 🔥 originated. Noah toured the house too and was able to go into the room. Major barbecue in that sauna. Nice shoes..... 😃

It’s really a shame that there was a fire in this house, because it looks like it was gorgeous before that. I wish we could see what it looked like before the fire.

Was a really nice house. I really hate to see the fire/smoke damage. We had a really bad fire that completely destroyed my husband’s business shop and equipment building. It’s within sight of our house. It was terrifying to see and a total loss. It was so cold the spray from the fire hoses froze in the air. We’ve replaced it all but fire scares the bejeezus out of me.

I just had to read many of the comments to see if any one noticed anything unusual in this mansion. Was there only one bedroom (master) on the main level? I often wonder why it was not required of the builder to have a sprinkler system for a house this large! I suppose it depends on where one has a home built and what the building code calls for. Thanks for sharing this interesting mansion.

Holy Smokes! This really breaks my heart. Such a Beautiful Property and with a Swimming Pool & Picturesque Pond. And The Changing Colors are Glorious. The Fireplaces are so Unique with the stonework. The Bedrooms were pretty cool. The kids bedroom with the little hideaway play area. Sweet! They must have had so much fun playing in here. Plus being able to Swim and enjoy the Awesome Basement. With it's own bar never the less. Party time down here for the Parents etc. Seeing all the Smoke damage really was sad. I hope that the Family made it out okay with no injuries. My Heart Truly Goes Out To Them. I'm sure it will be torn down. Very hard to clean up after a fire. I Appreciate Your Constant Professionalism, Candor & Respect for all properties visited. I'm sure that this was no exception. And was glad that you were not alone. Safety in numbers is way cool in my book, especially in this day & Age. Take Care, Much Love For Your Health & Safety Each & Every Day. Looking Forward to Your Next Amazing Find! As As Always A What's Up You Guys Ethan Minnie Original! Peace Out! The Book is still a cool idea. Here any time!

So sad to see what a fire can do to a house. The house is so beautiful and huge. You are right it most likely be torn down and rebuilt because you can never get the smell of smoke and embers out of the walls, the wood, and flooring. Because of the houses age, I hope that they had enough insurance to replace it at today’s costs. So many people never increase their insurance coverage to allow for the increase in value and higher costs to replace. You need to keep a mask in your pockets at all times. Smoke inhalation is very irritating to the throat and lungs. Thanks for always doing your best to bring us these amazing properties. ☮️💟 Nana

Very cool! A lot bigger inside than it looks. Kind of a weird layout, but that said this is one of the most interesting houses I’ve seen from you, or anyone else. Great property, nice pool, beautiful and interesting old house. I could live in something like this, minus the fire damage. Update the kitchen and bathrooms but keep all of the original cool finishes in the rest of the house. Big rooms, huge kitchen, great floors, lots of fireplaces and cool building materials. Love the high wood ceilings and clerestory windows that bring in a lot of light. Nice master and huge bathroom, closets, dressing room area. Curved staircase down was different but makes sense once you see that the other bedrooms were right below the master. Parents could get to the kids quickly and also hear down there so it’s really no different than if the bedrooms were upstairs too. I rate this one your best finds yet. Great work bro!

Real sad. I've seen this before but that thing in the drivway was not there. Nice property. I would just hit and rebuild it. Thank you for the tour Ethan and please take care..
