Ok! I like this concept. The real person. The real story. A level of ownership that is on par with middle class American now! Interested to see the reno!
@@bthomson absolutely! That’s what I was going for. I wanted to show people what the more “average” home looks like when you buy a first house. Not these $400k homes. Thank you so much for your support.
@@mjshaheed yup! My plan is too move the fridge too the right of my sink, and I plan on making a counter the full length of the wall with the windows on it! It’s a huge project lol but not something I’m tackling for a quite some time.
The house is nice. Looks like the people took care of it. It is a good size home to be able to afford and maintain. Utilities are cheaper and it has loads of storage for its size. Hope to see more and what you do with her. It has everything you need. Can not wait to see your next post. Peace! I sub to your channel. Your smart to buy and not rent. How did you find the house? Looks like a nice neighborhood too.
For the most part, they took care of it. But when it came to plumbing, or yard work, they really shit the bed. Lots of issues. This house is definitely not efficient lol that’s for sure, it’s not cheap on the bills..at all..but hopefully with the renovations, the bills will get better and the house will become more efficient. That’s what I’m hoping for anyway lol. I just found it online when I was house hunting. Was the cheapest one for what it had too offer. Thanks for the follow! Next video coming soon!
I’m a single mom and I’m in the process to get “my” first home (I was marry before and bought my house with my ex husband). Now is very different. It is very scary to be a single mom with the desire to buy a house but I think is posible. I hope so. Great video! I absolutely understand about money and what we can afford. Love your honesty! 🎉❤
Too believe it or not…this was the ONLY house in my city that was under 200k, somewhat affordable and most of all MOVE IN READY…everything else needed work in some way. I’ll do an update post soon! Don’t give up on buying a house! It’s very very difficult right now, especially for you too be a single mother, that can’t be easy too save money, but it’s not impossible. Everything seems out of grasp at the moment…just wait a while longer! Don’t give up.
Congrats on your 1st house purchase! I don't know why the YT algorithm led me here but I'm glad it did! Looking forward to the reno vid. Cheers!

You could move the refrigerator to the other side, so the entrance to the kitchen is not blocked
