- This large mansion was built in 1958, it has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
it was recently bought out by a developer and is soon to be demolished.
I really hate when they demolish these beautiful homes when they are still livable.
So sad that it is worth it to anyone to destroy a home like this. Too bad so many people are lacking the taste to appreciate homes like this. Staircase is incredible.
It's probably because the house is not energy efficient to meet today's standards.
You are my favorite RUclipsr that does the abandoned places. I love the,"what is up you guys!" I watch for every mirror and wait for it..lol

All that beautiful wood... cabinets...so much could be reclaimed/salvaged. What a shame. Hard to believe that it's going to be trashed. Sad. Thanks for sharing and saving it virtually. At least the recording will live.

I love the matching but multicolor sinks in the different bathrooms. And the hardwood floors. FYI the pink Trend was associated with the 50s. And I love the way you close the cabinet doors. My mother would approve LOL
I just want to sweep those leaves up and move right in. These mid-century houses have more character and hominess than the homes of today.

Whoa! What A Massive Find For You. Incredible! Can not believe how many rooms this place has. I loved seeing all the Fireplaces especially the one in the Basement. Looks like it has built in Plant Holders. Lots of space for what I would imagine were endless Parties The Sauna. Seems to me that was the In Thing back then. I was surprised by the new appliances and updated bathrooms. But seeing the water damage in various places tells the tale that the owners gave up on it. I really loved the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom wow! And the all black bathroom. Pretty ingenious. I like the all pink bathroom too. Super Retro going on there. Just so sad that it has to be knocked down. Insane. I almost forgot the way cool extra room on the main floor. The woodwork and paneling were so cool. The sweeping staircase really blew me away. Just Beautiful. You really knocked me out with this incredible find. And to see how excited you were in here made it so much more fun. I could feel the excitement come through the video. Gotta love this video! The house is over the top. I imagine people living there we’re getting sick from the black mold even before it started appearing. Black mold is a very nasty thing to deal with. You just can’t get rid of it, especially inside the walls so demolition is the only way to go. This had to be sad for the owners because the house looked well cared for a happy place to live. The appliances though, brand new and top of the line. Someone could sure use those! I loved your enthusiasm as I get just as hyped up as you do and I’m only seeing it virtually. Way back then many used mirrors to add light to a room. Used in northern areas because of winters were dark & days were short. Yes lived in PNW yes mirrors usedthere because of thegrey days. luv the wood floors & all builtins they don't do that anymore.

Great find! Rooms were spacious, floors were beautiful and all the fireplaces! It's was funny because my house was built in 1960 and the entrance has the exact same slate tiles that the first fireplace had! I hate to see these houses destroyed.
Hey Ethan! I love your videos! I noticed your comment about the cabinet doors. Ive heard that in cold weather, it’s said to keep cabinet doors open by pipes to keep them from bursting and help room temperature air circulate through. Maybe that’s why those were open in the Laundry room? I love the respect you have for touring these homes. Great video! Thanks for sharing with us!
I just started watching your videos and I'd have to say I'd LOVE to live in any I've seen you show so far!! Older homes have such character and great bones!! I live in a old house that needs work and I've been doing one room at a time when I can afford it after saving but I know in a few years it will be awesome! My home is tiny though! Nothing like these huge homes!! Enjoying the videos!! Love all the staircases ahhhhhh!!!!!

It's a beautiful house. I loved the stair case and the master. The pink bathroom is so 50"s and reminds me of my grandparent's bathroom. Same color, style - they built in 55 (not a mansion) and I think it was probably very common to have a his and her bathroom in that decade, which is really cool. Where in the world did the leaves come from? And the mirrors blew my mind. But it is gorgeous and really sad to know the end is coming. I love your excitement in the videos. What I like about your videos beside the great finds you have, is the order you usually go in, starting from the front door as if we just entered. And then you go around in a common sense sweep. My pet peeve w/some of the urbex ppl is when they start out in a room upstairs & go around in such a random order so it's hard to get a feel & flow of the layout. Thank you for being as meticulous as you are.... It really does enhance the beauty of these homes. Good work!
