Beautiful Abandoned $3,500,000 1981 Castle Mansion

- This 5000 sq ft castle inspired mansion was custom built in 1981 on 2 acres of property.
from what i was able to find, it has only had 2 owners. the house sits in a highly redeveloped area and it will most likely be knocked down sooner than later.
the oak trims and doors in this house are amazing, along with the large elegant chandeliers and oaks winding staircase.

I absolutely love this house. The circular room is so unique. Seems a shame it may be pulled down😪
Ethan, the 1981 mansion is too beautiful to be demolished! Its criminal to do that.

This house is good enough for anybody to live in, I hope it doesn't get torn down. I'm glad it was cleaned out and not all the trash and clothes strewn about like a lot of these houses on abandoned videos that people do. Beautiful home.

Foyer with it's staircase, stone floor, and chandelier, is a great introduction to this lovely home. Love the gorgeous wood and the stark white walls. Fabulous turret room and it's curved walls.
I find this hard to believe it's abandoned with electricity and running water and apart of a few cobwebs it's pretty clean 👌 beautiful house though

Ethan there are so many things I'd like to say to you. Thanks for helping an old lady relive her youth. I would like you to remember to where a mask for mold, gloves for sticky stuff and those glasses with lights and keeep wearing hats.

That wood work is amazing!! The lighting and stairway so expensive! I think the kitchen was updated early 2000s.
A little secret when you go to abandon houses and you know there’s cobwebs take a hand swifter duster and just wipe in front of your face and you’ll get rid of them.

Another Incredible find as always. Loved the Wooden Parquet Flooring throughout the whole house. The Fireplaces way cool. Curved Hallways with the stone flooring, very cool. The basement was nice with the Sauna. So sad that the people left such a beautiful house behind. Just makes no sense. Can't wait until the next Amazing Find. I cant understand tearing down quality hardwood construction for crappy plywood and cardboard. So beautiful! Thanks for keeping the language clean-and caring about how some of us feel about it. And why do the owners leave expensive washers and dryers behind?? That kitchen was beautiful! I would love that in my house.

I live in a 1940 home, to me that is a newer home. I'm spoiled and have a dislike for dry wall, my place is lath and plaster walls. I bet that the door in the bonus room above the garage was a bathroom. Cool place for newer construction.

This house does not look abandoned at all. There is nothing in it, so they didn’t run off in the middle of the night. Also it is so clean. And everything is fairly modern. Not very old. I hope you don’t get in trouble for trespassing! Be careful

I LOVE the iron railing and chandelier entryway! Wainscoting is correct. The decorations above the lights and chandeliers are called ceiling medallions.

For such an expensive house, I was surprised at the lack of light in most of the bedrooms with such small windows. Also, the sauna in such a far-gone part of the basement. Odd. But the woodwork was amazing!

Holy crap! lol Someone hijacked my dreams! The home I am in now has wainscot paneling in almost every room. However it isn't that WOOD. Wow! I am a wall sconce/chandelier hound so this is so perfect! (Oh and staircases!) I'll never forget that blue one in the 1960 mid century with the creepy dolls in a pretty plaid EVERYWHERE bedroom!

shannabrowneyes I wonder what the law for adverse possession is for that providence. Where I live, a squatter got to live in a 3200 sqft house for 8 months. All he did was file $16 worth of paperwork with the county court. He could’ve probably lived there for years but the idiot bragged about his story. Like it made national, possibly even international news. Turns out, the house went into foreclosure, and the bank just forgot about it. Neighbors were upset that he got to live their for free, but honestly, he took care of the property. Would they rather have the properties Ethan shares for a neighbor?
