sorry this is unrelated but, ok you did one lord of the rings color grading video, but what about the new bluray remasters, they are very different. from dvd theatrical to dvd extended to the first blue rays to these remasters they are all different colors
I'm assuming that you're referring to the relatively recent _4K_ releases, which do indeed feature _another_ updated color grade? If so, I don't hate them! While they are - in certain places - markedly different to the originals, I _for the most part_ find the changes tasteful and effective :)
That’s my professor 😃
That's my student!
I agree, forcing a theme before having a story tends to end up with a preachy film.
It's a tricky needle to thread, indeed!
Nice tutorial 👍
Hey, thanks!
Great stuff, Chris!
Thanks, brother man!
I want to hear the rest of what you have to teach about bringing out theme. Can you make another video or direct me to where I can learn about it?
I'd love to make more on the topic! I'll see what I can!
How do we watch “Do No Harm”?
We're still in post-production, but should be hitting the festival circuit later this year. Can't wait to share!
can't wait to watch it! @@ChrisHartwell

Wondering if anyone at Disney has seen this video...
