- Enough broth or stock to fully submerge the pork butt
- 18oz of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
Rub
- paprika
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Coleslaw
- 16oz bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup of red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of white vinegar
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
