Phi Phi Islands, Thailand - Long Boat Ride & Snorkeling in Maya Bay - GoPro Hero 4 Black HD

Taking a wooden long boat from Koh Phi Phi Don to Phi Phi Ley Island for some snorkeling in Maya Bay. Filmed on a solo backpacking trip in Sept. 2015 with a GoPro Hero 4 Black. The water a little murky from wind & choppy waves that morning but I saw a ton of Sergeant Major fish, a few small Grouper, Rainbow Parrotfish, and plenty of colorful, unidentified ones.
I found a local islander who owned a wooden long boat to take me to Koh Phi Phi Ley and back (about 25 minutes each way) for 400 Baht and a few cigarettes. I expected us to slow down around 1:25 in the video before hitting the wake from the ferry boat, but he never let off the throttle - I'm pretty sure we caught some air!
He dropped anchor and smoked dope for a few hours while I snorkeled in Maya Bay, occasionally he would shout and point me in the direction of schools of fish. As you can see in the video, the water in May Bay was a intense aqua-turquoise color, absolutely beautiful.
