- Krabi, Thailand is one of the country's best beach destinations. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind and catch some rays. It's also home to some of the Thailand's most famous tourist spots, including Railay and Koh Phi Phi, to name a few. If you enjoy beach hopping, boat trips and a bit of adventure, join us as we explore some of the best places to visit in Krabi. 1) Railay (not very popular). A boat from Ao Nang takes you to this beach. Railay is the best place for rock climbing. From Railey, you can go to Diamond Cave
2) Pak Bia Island (swimming and Snorkeling)
3) Koh Lading (one of the most beautiful beaches in the world)
4) Hong Island Lagoon (long sandy beach). Not very crowded.
5) Aao Thalane Kayaking
6) Koh Poda (must see beach...feels like a paradise)
7) Koh Talabeng (hidden gem)
8) Koh Lanta (choose a nice beach resort and stay here)...here you can see a very good sunset
9) Ao Nang Town (many hotel options and gud nightlife)--
10) Koh Phi Phi (one of the best beaches in the world)
Coming back to Ao Nang in Sept after being disappointed with Phuket pre covid. We loved Krabi the first time and feel we need to put the wrongs of Phuket right with a trip to Krabi before we move onto other places to explore in the world.
We much prefer Krabi, as it's less touristy and more beautiful in our opinion. It's always nice to explore new places in the world, but also going back to places you love and enjoy, too! Hope you have a fun and safe trip :) Susie

Hi there. June - October is Krabi's rainy reason, so you're likely to experience rain showers. The weather is still really hot and humid.
