The luggage that still has use in it, see if your local foster agencies can take a donation of them. Foster kids often end up moving things from place to place in garbage bag. Having a suitcase or duffle is sometimes one of the few things of their very own.

This is a great idea! I have nice luggage that no longer fits for carry on as the rules have changed and they are 1” too wide!!
